So i took my car I think at the end of December I believe for a coolant leak , car phone outlet shortage . They informed me back brakes needed replaced So , I stayed all day ... They were nice however 6 hours of waiting Only one car phone outlet was fixed when i said two , and my car drove rough once I left ..... I informed them right away ... I was blown off like it was normal for it now to drive rough but if it continues to call I did I told him the car still drove rough , my car outlet still needs to be fixed and something sounds loose under my hood . I was told 250 instantly for tire balance . I was spoken to in a aggressive way and he was short with me . I was surprised because this wasn't the same energy I received from the first guy i met there . A bit shocked at the customer service I received today ! THIS IS A LOOONG REVIEW BUT I MUST WARN YOU. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! I recently had a less-than-ideal experience with EUROFED-DULUTH, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I brought my 2015 MERCEDES GL550 to the shop due to my check engine light being on, hoping for a fair assessment and reasonable repairs. I was told I needed to have my spark plugs replaced and engine coils were bad and would need to be replaced as well. I was given an estimate for $2,000 to complete what the manager, Dennis said would be a job that would take all of 15 minutes to complete. Although I thought this was an excessive estimate for just some spark plugs, I reluctantly paid the invoice because I needed to get my truck fixed and get back to work. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was told that it drives beautifully now. I hadn't driven it yet but decided to take their word for it as they're the experts right??? The guy that checked me out seemed really sketchy as he was processing my credit card payment. He told me that they had listed some other minor repairs on my truck that needed to be done as soon as possible. I told them that I would need to postpone those minor repairs as I am paid on a commission basis and would not be able to cover almost another$1500 in repairs. I asked him if it was urgent or if I could drive my truck without these repairs being completed and he said yes. However he'd recommend I get these things done as soon as I could . He didn't seem happy that I declined the additional repairs. This left me questioning the integrity of their service. The diagnostic explanations were unclear, and I felt pressured to proceed with repairs without a thorough understanding of the issues. I left the shop and immediately noticed my check engine light was off then on the back off again intermittently. I didn't think much of it as I had just gottten my car repaired and figured it was my vehicle resetting itself somehow. Boy was I wrong. Not two days later Im leaving my sons lessons and my truck started to run hot with an error message saying my Coolant is too hot , STOP the vehicle and turn the engine off. An issue I had not had before. It was after hours so I couldn't reach the shop and proceeded to send an email hoping someone would see it and call me to tell me what to do. I ended up having to have my vehicle towed back to the shop again. My gut told me that these unscrupulous people had done something to my vehicle as I am now having an issue that I wasn't having before. When the manager called me back he said a hose had gone out and that it would cost me approximatley another $1200 in repairs but wouldn't fix the whole issue. Id need to pay somewhere near $3000 more dollars. Something about this whole issue just did not seem right. IT FELT SUSPICIOUS. What particularly concerned me was the apparent lack of transparency regarding the charges. Despite seeking a second opinion elsewhere, I discovered a significant disparity in the quotes for the same repairs at other shops nearby. It left me with the impression that Eurofed Duluth was taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman plus my lack of mechanical expertise to inflate the costs. Customer service was also lacking. I felt dismissed by the manager, Dennis when I sought clarification on the necessity of certain repairs and was met with impatience and belligerently talking over me rather than a willingness to address my concerns. This lack of communication and the fact that he could not give me a reasonable explanation for why this was happening only added to my frustration. In the end, I opted to have my vehicle towed back to my home and will have it serviced elsewhere, where the issues are addressed more reasonably and at a substantially lower cost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EUROFED-DULUTH based on my experience. They are UNETHICAL AND UNFAIR. PARTICULARLY TO MINORITY WOMEN CLIENTS. They even charge excessively over the legally allowed price per hour for labor charges for their mechanics. I urge others to exercise caution and consider seeking multiple opinions before committing to repairs at this establishment. I will be posting a review everywhere I can, filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and I am even considering legal action. I, too HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!! They are the worst! I've got a classic porsche 911. Brought in due to an oil leak. They sent me a picture and said the entire engine needed to be replaced ($15 to $18K). Said "it's the worst they've ever seen and nothing short of replacing the engine" will work due to the issues. Had it towed to a REPUTEABLE GERMAN CAR mechanic.....paid $700 dollars and the car runs like a champ ever since. Been over 2 years since these clowns said I needed to replace my engine. I can't say enough good things about Eurofed and specifically Walker at this shop. I've been coming here for around four years and couldn't ask for a better experience and outcome. Walker knows me by name and has a great memory of my car and its work history. He treats it like his own. Recently had some work done on the front control arms, CV joints, and axles. The work was installed and everything was fine. A week later I noticed some additional noise in the steering. Called Walker back and let him know. He worked me right in and replaced all the parts again under warranty, and did some further investigation. We found an issue with another bushing that needed to be addressed. The team got the work completed and everything tightened up. The car drives perfectly now. They do great work and a great price as well. I'll be seeing the guys soon for additional upgrades. I went to this shop today for an oil change. The service advisors are young but very acknowledged. While I was there they found that the timing belt was off the pulley by four teeth (that problem came from a different auto shop who did some repairs on 12/29/21). The quoted me $160 to fix that issue and said that it will take another 45 minutes to fix. Less then 10 minutes later the car was taken out to the front and I was told is ready. When I asked how they did so fast they told me that they have some smart ways to do it without putting to much effort in it. They charged me for the 45 minutes but did it in 5 minutes. When I went in the shop to look at the timing belt I observed that the mechanic used an oil extractor to remove the oil from the engine. That is not the right way. They should let the oil drip from the drain plug. In conclusion they are charging the highest amount for the service but they are finding simpler ways to do it and that is not always the right way to do it. Doing the oil change with an oil extractor will leave out the sludge. Sludge is heavy and cannot be collected by the thin tube. So it remains as a precipitate. To be fair I will still use this shop for the oil change but next time I will specifically ask them to let the oil drip from the bottom and I will also ask for their permission to let me see it while is done. read more

THIEVES AND DAMAGED!! DON'T TRUST!! I got my BMW E90 in 2020 and been a loyal consumer since then. My car have NEVER been dropped of at any other shop. Stevie used to take very good care of my car with no problems. It was great when Stevie was working. Now the shop have all new people. In 2022 Walker have suggested me to do my transmission cuz it was leaking. I know my car have been leaking something all the time cuz I have been complaining it to Walker. Of course I always do everything they suggested. The beginning of December 2022 I dropped it off and did the transmission job. They charged me $900 but when I took my car home it was still leaking something. My car have NEVER STOPPED LEAKING. My car end up breaking down the end of December 2022. I only have my car back for a couple of weeks. The problem was transmission malfunction. So I took it back to them and I end up paying for another transmission job $800. The same transmission job that was supposed to be fixed the first time. My car basically show you idiots where the leak was cuz since then my car haven't leaked anything. Also in December they damaged my driver side side-skirt and stole my left side inside door panel with speaker. WTF! Everything in my car is in a great condition. I take very great care of my car. I wash and clean inside of my car just about every week myself. I know my car inside out. THANKS FOR NOTHING WALKER Definitely don't drop off your car @ this shop cuz they are shit. read more

Met a gentleman named Miki and he broke down everything I needed for my vehicle and educated me on how a staggered set up for my rims was the way to go. Where do I start..... So I went to this local shop that did my airride for my rear diffuser installation. They got it done but the fitment wasnt perfect although it was directly from vorsteiner. So long story short, my buddy told me to check out Eurofed and I had the chance to speak to the owner via instagram. He was very humble and pleasant person to deal with. He introduced me to Walker and his crew at Duluth location. I must say, they are really good at everything. The cause of fitment wasnt that my oroginal shop made any mistake but one of my exhauat tip was pushing the diffuser upwards, making it look uneven. They explained every details during the process of fitment and always checked with me to confirm the fitment. My diffuser now looks perfect. I ll be recommending Eurofed to all my friends. The work is good quality, and fast, they know what the're doing - but beware, be informed, get second opinions, or you may get milked. I took my BMW for some 100k maintenance, agreed on a high but fair price for fixing some leaks, but when I picked up my car, the serpentine belt was screeching within five minutes of leaving. I couldn't go back that day though, and the next day they were closed. I brought it back the third day (very inconvenient) and was told it just needed some cleaning after some fluids got on it during the work performed. It was quiet for a few miles, then started up again. Went back a second time (very very inconvenient) and was quoted a very high price for replacing the belt, pulley, tensioner - odd since these were completely silent until this location worked on my car. I was in a time crunch, already out several hours of work, really tired of driving back and forth, so just agreed to it to get out. The invoice was an eye-opener, just a flat $300 fee (+100 labor for 30 mins work) for a set of parts that shouldn't have been more than 120-140 at the most (strange to see a flat fee when normally parts are listed like $12.45, $15.64). The fact that I had just spent over $1000 with them, that all of these problems only developed after fluids got in during the course of their work, thatI had to leave my job twice to drive 30 minutes out to them and 60 minutes back in traffic - any ONE of these should have warranted some sort of discount or apology in some way. They wouldn't admit fault, just said it was the factory parts wearing out coincidentally right after they did some work, and charged me full (and above) price with 0 apologies. I checked my records, and these same parts were actually changed out less than 40k miles ago, and should have been good for another 20k+. I'm not saying they should have given me everything for free, or done anything over the top, and they did the work and my car is running well, but they had multiple opportunities to provide good service and fair pricing and cultivate a customer relationship, and went the polar opposite way every time. I even called two other shops (one from the same chain) after the fact and they quoted ~150 for the parts even with the standard upcharge - and keep in mind this is all shops who didn't owe me anything, hadn't caused me any inconvenience already. This isn't a rage from me, just a cautionary tale to future customers - know the price of the parts, keep an eye on what they're doing, and call them to account or they WILL milk you. I asked them about the price of the parts at the time and they were guilty about it, just kept their eyes down and were quiet and gave some generic "it's oem" excuse. I was looking for a shop to come to for the next 10+ years for my cars and to recommend to my friends with BMWs, but they chose in this case to milk me for an extra $400. They've lost all my future business, as well as that of at least 2 of my friends who were already going to them and recommended them to me, but now will also go elsewhere. In the end though, my car is running well, and it only cost me a few hours and a few hundred dollars to learn to look beyond all the reviews and recommendations, do my own research. EDIT - The managers did reach out to me to rectify the situation, and were very courteous and professional, and I believe they would have even refunded me to make me happy, but I believe in being honest and true to my word. I did agree to pay the price before the work was done, so I won't take money back, but I will leave my review as-is, with all of the facts. I believe in keeping people and businesses accountable for the good reputation they have, and Eurofed has a great reputation - they just didn't quite live up to it this time. They scammed me. I picked up my car after over $400 of routine maintenance. When I got home I parked overnight in my garage. The next morning there was a stream of presumably blue windshield wiper fluid under the car. I called Eurofed and they told me to come in. When I returned, I told them I had fluid in the car and that there was no leak. They looked at the car and said there was small hole in the container and they would fix it. Then, they presented me a bill of $126.00 to repair what they had broken. A scam. read more
