You would think for 180 a hour they'd have perfect customer service and perfect work ethic. Has zero accountability and zero drive to finish your car on time. Will complain about absolutely everything if you ask them to finish the job when they said it would be done even if they had the car for a week. Maybe this is just mark or maybe it's the whole shop. Sometimes when companies get so big they don't give the time of day to normal customers anymore. Seems like they were good years ago but now since they're well known they care more about the money than actually building a relationship with their customer to make sure they'll always come back. Ordered coilover kit online from Euroklasse. Website said they had the set in stock and would be available for pickup the following week. They inform me that they do not have it in stock and will let me know when it's available to pick up in store upon delivery. A few days later they tell me it's 3-5 weeks and that the price has changed and they want another $200. This is not the way to do business. read more

My m340 2021 needed some help to be quicker and louder. Steve and his team did a perfect job. They sent my DME for unlock, it took little bit longer than expected but it was Christmas and New Year holidays so it's normal since it was going to Finland and back. My boyfriend and I recently brought my 2023 M340i RWD to Euroklasse for an exhaust- we were ecstatic hearing that such a well known company was so local to us. Steve ("Soofy") greeted us immediately and shared so much of his knowledge with us. We weren't sure what exhaust we wanted to go with as we didn't want the car to throw any codes from the lack of cats in some setups and Soofy guided us to his favorite catted down pipes and told us not to do a full exhaust as they never sound the best. He clearly had the perfect opportunity lined up for him to upsell us on some crazy expensive exhaust and we would have done it no questions asked, however he listened to what we were saying we wanted and told us to save the money and that we would be much happier with just the down pipe anyways. We were looking around the parking lot at all of the crazy builds he had there that the shop had done and we started asking about them. Having come from Hellcat Redeyes and GT500s, we had been hoping to eventually push more power out of the 340 in the future. He assured us that the B58 motor was extremely capable, strong, reliable, etc. All of the knowledge that Soofy was sharing with us made us feel so so comfortable with the shop and the capabilities of the car so we quickly made the decision to hand over the keys to my brand new 2023 with only 1,400 miles on it so that it could be built by Euroklasse to make around 700whp. Soofy, Moe and their slew of very loyal customers that would always hang around there made sure to walk us through the entire process, keep us constantly updated, tell us every single part that would go on the car and what to expect from it. Sending the DME to Finland to be unlocked (to the only people in the world capable of unlocking the 2023 BMWs) was nerve racking but Soofy assured us that he had done it dozens of times and that Femto is great. Just as he said, it went flawlessly along with the custom tune being done from Sameh in Dubai. They also did carbon fiber paddle shifters, carbon fiber spoiler, precision race works port injection, e85, stage 3 transmission tune XHP, pure800 turbo, bm3, motive reflex advance io integration, low pressure fuel pump, oil catch can, catless downpipes, chargepipe, RK Tunes front mount cold air intake, 19" weld racing bead lock wheels in the rear and Mickey Thompson ET Streets 305/35R19. The car is incredibly fast and it's awesome to see how much pride Soofy and his team takes in the build- asking for dragy times and videos to post online. We have plans to build the motor and trans with Soofy in the very near future. I cannot thank them enough for all of their knowledge and expertise that they had throughout the build and I cannot stress enough how flawless the process was- we also couldn't argue with their unbeatable prices.
