Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event.
