Their business is in basically in Kelowna version of East hastings but we were well dressed and are decent people who don't come across as "poor" for lack of better terms but these men first wouldn't even speak to us and when we did proceed to ask the question we had, they looked at us scoffed and said to the other guy who was working "get these assholes out of here" ....we asked a question about a stone in a peice of jewelry? Not sure how that made us assholes but to him it did I guess. When I proceeded to ask if they had any alexandrite jewelry the other guy laughed and said " of course we do. But it is very expensive like hundreds of thousands of dollars" I'm sorry if you're selling pieces of jewelry with alexandrite stones for no less than 100,s of thousands of dollars.That's too much. Real pieces of work. Don't deserve to have jobs or a store. Hopefully they don't own it and if they don't hopefully their boss hears or knows already how his employees act and how am shitty his employ ees are that he has and that they will drive his business into the ground

He said he had them altogether went to the shop early Aug24 and asked Lisa to print out my receipts, work orders for me. She could only find 3 I was surprised and so was she. Maybe . Dana ha them on his computer. On Aug 9 I insisted I get my receipts and he had said on May 29 /24 that he had the receipts ready? A friend went to get them.Aug 9 .?no receipts . Said he would have them the next day. On may 30 24 I put 2 David Yurman bracelet on consignment I never got a contract for them. Sept 12 , No receipts. I still have not received them june14/25. They refused to return my 2 bracelets from consignment. They had them since may./24 I requested them back sept24 On March 22/25 I emailed to them I would be coming to get them Lisa said they didn't have them .they were up in Kelowna?? I told her to get them back Lisa said she would get Dana to check. She didn't. on June6 I went in again and Dana called Kelowna it was his brother I was listening and it was very clear his brother was saying he wasn't sure. Dana described them and his brother said he'd check. Dana said course there was an offer!! I said you can cancel an offer. He said not if there's a down payment . 1 day his brother is not sure he has them. The next day a down payment and I was out of luck . 9 months later and all of a sudden they were sold although I had been asking for them since Sept/24. I was also told " if there was an offer I would be called Dana turned his back on me next time I went to store email Lisa says too bad there's a contract. I asked for a copy. no answer I spent 67,000 $

He never mentioned any other criteria on his reasons for buying gold to me. The value of the jewellery was $960. And of course, it is always wise to get a second or third quote. I went to Premiere Jewelers in Kelowna and they quoted me $2500. I asked him why the big difference and I found his explanation very confusing so this is just a heads up if you want to sell gold always get a second or third quote.

Upon my return the guy was free and he was reaching for his tools when a couple came in. He dropped everything to help them. I told the young girl, "Hey, I was here first and now he's helping someone new ???" And she said,no, they're returning customers... Hmmmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but there's a BIG difference between "Welcome back" and "Welcome to JC Bradley", for which the latter was used. They're just like Moore's in Kelowna, a bunch of snubs who only judge by appearance. When I shop, I like to be in my comfy clothes, so does that make me poor ??? NO ! I have a lot of money JERKS ! I brought in a pair of new with tags crop pants for a simple hem. These didn't come in petite so I…read moreneeded them to be shortened. The length, post alteration, is even and correct. The stitching on the other hand is not. Stitches are missing/broken/overlapped and sloppy throughout both hems. In addition, they used a hot iron on these poly/spandex work pants and now there are permanent shiny burns on my brand new pants. Now, I am going to take some responsibility here as I had even stated to a coworker that I had other alterations/repairs that needed to be done - with clothing that was older and that I should get one of those repaired/altered first in case I wasn't happy with the quality. Unfortunately I got impatient. I also took the bag without looking at my pants before leaving as I was rushing back to work. Thankfully it is on a hem and nobody is going to be looking at it - but considering they were brand new, it's still super disappointing. The customer service was meh. Flat, uninviting and disorganized. Odd for a brand new (to the mall) business. They were completely disorganized when I went to pick up my pants. The woman had to go through every bag before finding my pants - kept pulling out blue jeans and asking if these were mine even though I kept telling her that mine were dress pants. There were tags on every bag with clients names and phone numbers - she wasn't checking these. This business has some growing pains in some regards (organization/customer service) but ultimately the quality of the alteration was terrible. When pants were given to me there was no acknowledgment that there were any issues or discussion around solutions. That alone would have redeemed this situation. There isn't a person or business in existence that hasn't made an error - but if there isn't ownership or acknowledgment of a known obvious issue- then it is simply neglectful poor quality customer service. I'm giving a 2 because the pants length was straight(ish - poly can be difficult to work with - full acknowledgement of this, but this is a storefront which implies professional workmanship) and accurate and the alteration was completed in the timeline they provided. Received a text when they were completed - which is a bonus for busy folk. That said, I will find another seamstress next time or do it myself. (Images showing workmanship - all same pants, just depending on light and angle/how close up I was to the pants - burn marks hard to see due to lighting - bottom right on quad photo is an example of the damage from hot iron)
