My experience was awful. I went in for a Brazilian wax. They put me in the room, they didn't provide a wipe to clean myself, nor a gown to cover myself she was still in the room setting everything up and asked me to get ready while she looked away, the bed didn't even have a cover on. I'm a frequent waxer, I took a holiday break and it has never ever hurt this much, I understand that it was crazy of me to go somewhere NEW when I was mess down there. I asked her to stop in the middle of service I WAS IN PAIN, she had to ask her trainer to come in and remove this one stubborn strip, she kept pulling it little piece by piece and adding more wax to that same area. When she opened the door again I had no gown and door was wide open with all of me visible!! They hurt me so much and still asked me if I was ready for the rest, no I was not. They didn't add no Fur oil once we were done they left hard wax pieces they both stayed in the room while I changed to my clothes. They never asked me to come in the next day to finish IDK what you do in this sort of case but please DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I have been coming to this location for over a year and this is my favorite time at EWC. They offer waxing passes that allow you to purchase services and get three free. You can also split the cost over four charges to your credit card. To get three free full leg waxing is a tremendous savings. They also help you take care of your skin during the winter months by offering specials on sugar scrubs and body butters, oils and lotions. They have waxing services for men as well! They have under arm waxing specials- ladies if you are wearing strapless or sleeveless party dresses, this service is such a blessing. I had the worst experience while coming here. I purchased a Brazilian wax pass things were fine at first and but then my skin got irritated. I went in yesterday and had a new girl. The wax was not hot enough and the hair was not coming off even after 3 pulls. She would not turn up the heat and called in her trainer. The trainer was super rude to me and placed blame on me saying I need to know the name of my regular waxer only see that one waxer. She checked the thick clumpy wax and told me the wax was fine. I wanted to get a refund on my pass but they would only give me store credit. I don't trust them, it wasn't the new girls fault, she was just doing what her rude trainer taught her. I will be using the rest of the $300+ credit when I travel out of town. Save yourself pain and money and go somewhere you can trust. read more

European Wax Center has no competition. I've gone to locations in FL, CA, OKC, TX AND WI over 7 years. Everything from the technique to the wax to the scheduling always goes smoothly. After every appointment, I end up bawling my eyes out in my car. Of course, they're tears of joy! My girl Candice is absolutely amazing! My eyebrows are always so f***in' perfect and on point, it should be a crime. It's not fair for other women to look at the perfection of my eyebrows. I do know she's originally from the Bay Area and has a real positive attitude so it makes the already uncomfortable experience - comfortable! The salon follows all safety health protocols to include the new COVID19 guidance. This location is by appointment. There is lots of parking and is located near many other retail and eateries. I love this place! They are always so nice and I love how they can keep an engaging conversation with me. They talk me through EVERYTHING they're are doing, and explain all products, which is something I care about when it involves my lady bits. Working in the medical field i notice everything about their sanitary procedures and this place by FAR has the cleanest most sanitary conditions I've been to for any type of wax I'm getting. The wax itself wasn't too bad I guess? Although I did go home with a couple overlooked patches of hair (Brazilian). The comfort wax was surprisingly painless. What was painful was having the lady waxing me talk nonstop about the specific details of the products she was trying to sell me. Literally gave me a patchy wax and I get waxed regularly so therefore I know what my wax is supposed to look like afterwards. Also went around the time of my birthday and they give a discount (I know because I used to work at a European wax center) and the GSA tried to argue with me about it as if I didn't know what I was talking about.
