This was my first waxing experience and I was nervous to say in the least. Sam was Fantastic! She made every aspect of the appointment comfortable and had me at ease. She is friendly, down to earth, and is very considerate, doing the little things for comfort sake that really make a difference. Sam does her best also to understand what your needs are, making sure the job is done to the best of her ability, and your lifestyle for recommendations for their products and guidelines for out facility products. It was a great experience! My wax specialist was Brea. She was professional and well trained. You could tell she was confident in her skills as she worked to correct my own brow job. She even gave me tips on how to use the brow gel. This center is clean and professional. All the rooms looked santized and well scrubbed Including the front lobby area. So conveniently located, close to the freeway an easy off and back on the exit 8 ramp at Artcraft. I will go back in two weeks and again as a repeat customer. read more

This center is AMAZING! My mom and i came in for 2 different services. I went in for a Brazilian with Sam and my mom was a walk in for her lip. The girls in the front were so nice and so talkative! Then sam made my experience so comfortable and QUICK! She does amazing speed waxing therefore it hurts a lot less!! My mom was extremely satisfied as well. read more
