went with my sis, wanted an acrylic full set & pedicure. I already had an old set, they charged me $15 extra for removing them, the French style was another extra $25 for both of us. ALSO charged extra for shellac paint. They did not mention they would charge extra for all that til I was already charged up front. This shouldn't have to be extra and just be included with the full set. My nails are already having retention because they did a TERRIBLE excuse of a job at applying everything. Didn't even push our cuticles, also messed up both our nails and I had to complain for them to fix it because they were just going to leave it however they wanted. Even then they were arguing with us. Never coming here, such a scam and waste of time ++money. read more

I enjoy coming here because the service is top notch. They are different than other nail salons. For one they speak English and don't talk amongst themselves about the customer. They are very attentive to your needs. I felt so pampered. I went in for a pedicure. I haven't tried their manis and maybe when I do I will update the review. I went with the #2 package service. It includes a mask, massage, scrub, massage, fruit scrubbing, hot towels on calves, vibrating massage again and of course the usual pedi services but also includes the heel callous treatment. My dogs were ragged. Tammy took excellent care of me. Poor woman had her work cut out for herself. She was very patient and gentle.It was heavenly. read more

I had called approximately 10 minutes before inquiring about the cost and length of the pedicures. I sped up and they knew I had called. I sat in a pedicure chair and the water was ready and not warm at all. When I mentioned that some water was released and hot water was added, however, it did nothing for the temperature change. Also, I had requested the $40 pedicure with gel polish and the charge was $56.10 because gel polish is, apparently, $15 and a Non-cash payment is an additional $1.10. I really wanted to give this place a good review as the two people working there are nice and have good customer service. Unfortunately, I am still in pain 8 days after my pedicure. The tech nipped my skin and dug too deep during the pedi on my left big toe. I know it is not uncommon to get nipped, however the pain shouldn't last MORE THAN 8 DAYS. I do not have ingrown nails as when I was a kid I had injections to prevent my nails from growing along the side of my toes. The tools did not appear to be sanitary. I assume I have an infection due to the pain. In addition, they charge full price for a kid basic mani and pedi. My daughter is 6. I wished they had kid prices, however I will not return due to my current pain and experience. read more

Billy and Danny was really nice when I first came 3 weeks ago . Today I gave it a shot even after seeing the lady who used to run the nail salon in Sunland Park which is now closed . SHE had a horrible customer service then SHE STILL DOES. She Was filing my nails and I said awie because she filed my skin too and She blamed it on me instead of apologizing. The cuticles were not even all trimmed and she rushed my hand massage. They say you get what you pay for WELL I did not get the customer service that I paid from the lady manicurist . The pedicures seem to be worth it here. I have enjoyed the pedicures I have received. The nail technicians are friendly and from what I've seen, they don't turn anyone away and somehow manage to get to everyone with their services. It has to be how fast they are which is good but also can affect their work. I took two stars away because I recently got a gel manicure on top of natural nails and am not impressed that it's already lifting, this was a service that seemed to be really fast, almost rushed. It hasn't been a week and whenever I put up my hair or wash it, my nails snag my hair. It's really annoying and what's most annoying is the amount I paid for it just to have it start lifting so soon. I'll just stick solely to the pedicures because the gel pedi does last long and have no complaints on the service. read more

Worst experience I have had so far. I asked for the water to be hot, she made it scorching hot there was steam rising from the water that is how hot she made the water. My guess is to make a point. My daughter is 6 and made her water the same! Then gave me attitude about my comment "You said hot!". Really? Then clearly discussing it with her coworkers in another language. Great place very close to my house and the owners are nice they always have discounts and that's what makes me come here and they nails last longer than other places When I come here they know you and treat you like a queen they remember your name and everyone is from Vietnam .... I just wrote a review not to long ago, but sadly the other day I went in for a pedi and a full set. My pedicure came out great but my full set was rushed and it has only been a couple days, yesterday I noticed they're lifting already and was noticing how crooked the lines are. I'm upset because everytime I would go, everything always came out good, and beautiful. But I'm sad because my set was rushed and I don't know if it's because it was getting busy and they wanted to get done quick, but we're paying customers and I expected that it'd be different. read more

My nails were cut so short and they left them all bumpy with bubbles and dull. They said I could come back and they could fix. They would not give an appointment and said to just go in. When I did go in they said to wait, after half an hour they said to come back because they were full. I asked when I could come back and said they did not know. Went in with my 4 year old daughter, it's not her first pedicure she just goes to put her feet in the water and get pink nail polish. We always pay $10 but here they wanted to charge me $20. I got the upgrade pedicure for $40 but it came out to $55 because I got gel and the lady forgot to mention it, she recognized that. I chose this location because it is very close to my home and it already had good reviews, not too many, but the ones I saw were positive. I was a walk-in and they saw me right away. There was also a gentleman getting a haircut there and the lady who I believe is the owner did a great job. There was coffee and they offered water as well. I received a manicure and pedicure. The girl who did my nails was very friendly, made some good suggestions for color, took her time, and let me know of a special I hadn't realized they were having so I paid less than I originally thought and left a bigger tip. Watched as the pedicure nail tech moved the used instrument tray from her customer to the sink, a few seconds later she brings the same tray to use on me. I said "they need to be sterilized" (a law in Texas) and she said, "I clean them." I said after they are clean, they need to be sterilized. She was obviously offended and walked around to the fingernail tech area and came back with a pack. It was unsealed. They should be cleaning the instrument and putting it in a sterilizer pack with a strip, sealing the pack, and the strip should change color showing the appropriate temp was maintained. This place provided an excellent experience! Had a pedi with my mom and returned the next day for a shellac mani for myself. We were visiting family in the area and I found this place because it was close by their house... I was pleasantly surprised at the AWESOME level of customer service. They made a point to ask your name, offer drinks, make conversation, ensure your comfort throughout services. Prices were more than reasonable for quality of services. Although I have a regular nail place back home I would definitely consider switching if this place was in my city and not 7 hours away!!! read more
