I will say they let me know there was an earlier appointment available (45mins earlier) but again with a newborn I can't just drop what I'm doing. They need a better system in place for technician call offs.

I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel.
