I've been coming here somewhat regularly (whenever I really want to pamper myself) and have never had any issues like I sometimes have at the less expensive, assembly line nail salons. Daiana, Owner/Manicurist, keeps her salon super clean, and is the best at working on nuisance issues, like ingrown toenails. I really love the Premium pedicure treatment, which starts with a bath bomb, sea salts, and various flower pedals added to the foot spa for a relaxing soak. Next comes the nail trim, foot mask/paraffin wax, and finally a Coco oil hand and hot stone foot and leg massage. As with all businesses, the prices have increased since my first visit, but the Premium package is only $70. This is a luxury treatment that lasts an hour, and I always feel like I'm walking out on clouds! There may be less expensive nail spas out there, but seriously, why not pamper yourself? I was so excited to try this place because of all the good reviews.....and I hate to be a Karen! ...but I am not sure if it's just my luck or she's having a bad day that day.. The pic is taken on the day of the service.. the nail polish is uneven and ugly. The whole service feel rushed and have no communication. Also, the sanitary process between clients are very questionable. I literally see Diana just touched the other clients feet and come to work on my hands right after without sanitizer or anything. I absolutely love it here! Daiana is an amazing soul! She takes really good care of my little dogs (aka my toes/feet). I'm prone to ingrowns and she is very delicate and professional. She takes her time and does not rush! As she said to me when I first met her "I loveee doing pedicures" (with a huge smile on her face) I fully trust and believe in that statement. Currently she's cash only, but forgot to text me to let me know. I haven't really carried much cash on me since Covid-19 due to many places asking for exact change (which I tend to never have).
