I had a horrible experience while here. For context, I have done Brazilian waxes at EWC many, many…read moretimes. I decided to try sugaring because I heard it hurts less. That was NOT accurate. It hurt worse than any Brazilian wax I have had. Obviously, that depends on pain tolerance. The girl who waxed me was not the owner (probably mid 20s). She told me to do all the normal positions and it seemed like she was doing a good job. I specifically asked if she got a spot (it occasionally gets missed) and before I even finished asking she interrupted and said yes. When I was done, and my knees were still open on the table (exposing me to the lobby), she opened the door yelled "done!" At me and left the room. There was still sugar stuck to me. When I got home I decided to check out the work. She missed MANY spots including the spot I asked about. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning.

In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.
