I started coming to EWC on a recommendation from a Facebook group that they have great services. Hesitantly, I made an appointment (for a free wax because it was my first time!). After meeting Jess, she took the time to completely understand what I wanted. Walked me through the process and made me feel welcome. No, it's not a $7 wax at a nail salon. Yes, you will get what you paid for. I've seen Jess for maybe a year now, and I am completely loyal to EWC now. In between, when Jess was unavailable, the front desk staff has been very helpful in recommending another wax specialist (Amanda - I swear she has the lightest touch, it's like the wax never touched you). I went in for a full leg wax and a Brazilian and had a couple of issues. First, during the service my wax technician told me I was red and she did not want to continue going over the area for my Brazilian. I was fine with this until I saw hair still present in a few spots and asked her to just remove the spots. She seemed annoyed that I had even asked. The service was not completely fulfilled because of the spots she did not wax. After leaving I checked my body in the car and found little pieces of wax left on my leg along with several large hair spots left on my leg and other strays left for the Brazilian. I have been here before and had a great experience the first time, but after this I will not be returning. I'm extremely upset with the money that was spent to not have the job fully done. Update: Got home and checked the rest of the Brazilian and there was a clump of wax left in between "the parts". Not even surprised at this point. read more

Been going to European for close to two years now and one thing I can say their customer service is excellent and very satisfied with the phone calls remind you of your appointment via email. Honestly, this is my FAVORITE EWC location on the island. Easy to get an appointment, front desk girls are extremely knowledgeable on all the packages and products, easy to reschedule or cancel. But the best part is EASILY that Jillian is the best wax specialist I've ever had. I go once a month for an eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian and she's always super upbeat and willing to have a conversation to try and distract me from the fact that I am voluntarily torturing myself for a smooth bikini line. I've been going there for years and NEVER had this bad of an experience. The wax was scorching and Nina was rough, rushed and seemingly inexperienced. When checking out I was asked how everything was I answered "excruciating" and was about to elaborate when the woman at reception said "would you like to make another appointment?" I really do love coming here to get pampered. Its a super clean environment, and everyone there is really friendly and professional. The techs (I'm not sure what their actual title is), are fast, efficient, and talk to you during the session... If that makes you comfortable. I always get the Brazilian and I just started during my underarms as well. The only thing I don't care for, is that they stay in the room while you undress and get on the table. I know it sounds strange since they see me naked from the waist down anyway... Its just one of my quirks. Other than that, I love it here and their product line is great. read more

I had an appointment on Thursday at 3:00 I called at 11:00 to reschedule they gave me appointment Sunday at 12 o'clock I arrived at 11:40 and was told by raven that I did not have an appointment at that time,I explain to her that I did call to reschedule so she went on to ask a representative name Brianna if she could fit me in after the person she was with and basically Brianna had no interest in seeing me after her client she was with this is not the first time this has happened to me when I arrive they per say I don't have an appointment my honest opinion is I don't think they care to wax people of color!!! Every waxer I have gone to has made my experience very comfortable and for that I will always stick with European Wax Centers but my experience with Jess was like no other. The brazilian wax is never pleasant but always worth it and Jess made sure my lady parts were left bald as a babies bottom and im so happy with the results. I had Mina. Even though I mentioned the wax was hot she kept saying it was not. There was even a blood spot when she was finished. Also, I feel like the stick that you just waxed me with should not be dipped into the same wax again through out the procedure. Prices were ok. But I think some retraining is in order. read more

I have been going to European Wax Center for about a year now. I have the pre-paid year long wax pass for the full face and it is great!! I can go in whenever I want and even if some little hairs come back in like a week they will do a touch up!! The staff at the front desk is very friendly and I think it's nice that they know you when you walk in. All of the waxers have been thought how to wax properly and really know what there doing and listen to what you want. I have seen a few waxers at EWC, they all do an awesome job but Jess is my favorite. Before I tried EWC I have gone to a nail salon and the wax they used made it HURT LIKE HELL!!! The stripless wax that they use is much less painful!! This is the only place I go to get waxed now.
