I went in for a Brazilian wax and my technician would say "oh there is hair here do you want me to get that", I'm thinking it's part of the service so I say yes. Little did I know she was doing it on purpose to add wax services! She never once mentioned the areas would cost extra. While checking out my total service was $96! After having my first wax experience (Brazilian, legs, armpits) at another location and have a *horrible* experience (excessively painful, missed patches of hair), I decided to give waxing one more shot at a different location. Savannah was recommended to me as a waxer and it was a total game changer. I never thought I would say that a Brazilian wax would be painless.... But apparently Savannah is magical because there was only one point that felt like a bandaid being ripped off but everything else was super comfortable. She was professional, friendly, and attentive and checked on my comfort level continually. I had a casual conversation with the girl at the front desk and mentioned that I was nervous because of my past experience and she took it upon herself to speak to her manager and they gave me a discount on one of my services for it even though I didn't ask for it. They said they were ALL on lunch break and refused us service and said to come back or go to a different location. Lazy and the worst customer service. I hate giving bad reviews but I recently visited this location and the service was horrible. The front desk associate, Lexi didn't even smile once at me, and when checking out she didn't ring me up for product that I was buying. Granted I asked questions about it and even asked if it was discounted with my service today. Second the girl who waxed me. She did ok but again she seemed cranks like she didn't want to be there. And went over the same strips multiple times without asking if I was getting irritated. I won't go back to this location and recommend Hilton Village as they have amazing service, smiley happy girls, and they genuinely seem to care about the consumer. read more

I have come here a few times here and there over the years and always had a pleasant experience. My most recent experience was TERRIBLE & will make me think twice about coming back in the future. I went in for a brow wax with Andrea. I get my brows waxed every 6 months or so and maintain them in between on my own. It seemed that the only thing she cared about was selling her products & could care less about my brows, let me explain. The first thing she asked me was if I had a product that I used, I said yes and that I liked it. From there she proceeded to tell me that it was far too dark for my skin tone and she would be trying one of theirs in return. The next point of discussion was the shape of my brows. She said my arch was incorrect, she would need to fix it, and I should come in more frequently. Little comments went on through the duration of the wax but I decided to let it go. When she was finished, my brows looked horrendous. The color that she put on them was exactly the same as the product I had been using at home (making her point regarding my product invalid), the brows were uneven, and the arches were outrageously overdrawn. I can guarantee she would never leave the house with her own looking like mine did. I didn't have the time now the energy to deal with her fixing it so I left and fixed them myself at home. Not sure if it was the stylist or the heavy emphasis on sales but I was terribly disappointed by this experience. I come to a professional environment for an expert to tidy up my brows, not to criticize what I already do and send me out looking ridiculous. Regardless, I will think twice about returning here in the future. read more

Rude front desk always begging me to buy the overpriced packages. I leave a 20% tip every time regardless of if I like my brows or not and one time show up 10 minutes late and can't be seen....?
