What an incredible experience!!!!! Audrey at the front desk was super welcoming and patient as she answered all my questions while she checked me in. Phenomenal customer service had by both Audrey as well as my waxer, Amber! Will I return? Absolutely! At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, lol. . . This was my very first eyebrow waxing experience where I left the place and DID NOT look like someone punched me in the face. . . I have thinner eyelids, and have tried ridiculous amounts of various types of wax in hopes of not having my eyes puff up uncontrollably, sometimes even bleeding a touch, and definitely a stinging sensation every time.....to no avail....UNTIL NOW!!!!! Now, I shouldn't have waited as long as I did in between waxing, and of course I was lazy when it came to maintaining, so when I'd walked in requesting to have "two eyebrows" again, I was prepared for the absolute worst! (Is it wrong that I'd grown accustomed to the stinging sensation, followed by my normal routine of heading home to immediately ice my brows for no less than ten minutes in hopes of keeping the swelling and redness at bay?!?! Followed by massive amounts of neosporin to keep from blistering?) Amber was awesome as she explained super clearly what their 4 step process included, after listening very closely to the shape I was hoping to obtain. I LITERALLY WAS AMAZED AT THE FACT THAT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DISCOMFORT WHATSOEVER!!!! They both told me that the wax adheres to the hair and not the skin, and I was like, "yeah, ok, blah blah blah, I've kinda heard it all before" But let me tell you this: THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RIGHT!!!! I felt no discomfort, Amber let me totally be picky as I asked if she could pluck this or that to obtain the exact look I was hoping for, and I DID NOT ICE WHEN I WENT HOME!!!!! The wax they use, with their 4 step process is TRULY AMAZING! Except for the fact that I left there with perfectly shaped brows, (thanks again, AMBER!!!), no one would ever have guessed I'd just had it done! No swelling, bleeding, not one blister, and hardly even any redness at all! Omgoodness. . . I can't even believe I almost left out the best part----Audrey had me feeling like it was Christmas as she explained that the first visit is complimentary! COMPLIMENTARY!!!! FREE!!!! Hands down, with the environment absolutely spotless, Audrey's beautiful smile welcoming me in, the level of professionalism exuded by both Audrey and Amber, along with how kind they both presented, along with their extremely accurate description of the waxing process they use; this created, for me, the most amazing experience I have ever had.
