The wax by these new employees is pulled so slowly that it's extremely painful. When I am scheduled with someone that I have had 'okay' experiences with and if they are not in for whatever reason they don't even call to try to reschedule or even get a heads up my technician won't be there, they just move me to another employee...and then it's been really awful because I have felt those technicians have zero experience on what they are doing. I have tried talking to the front desk manager and I feel like I'm being lied to when I'm trying to figure out who there has the most experience to attempt to have a positive service again. I'm not sure why it's such a revolving door of staff now when previously they had the same people there for years that provided incredible service. I'm just so disappointed because this was so convenient for me to go to this location and now it's not somewhere I want to go back.

Great pressure level, very comfortable the whole time. I had seen someone go in the spa ahead of me but it was so quiet you'd never know anyone else was there. Please note you can add tip on a card should you pay with one: there is a 4% fee for card transactions. They do notify you of this ahead of time, and that cash is preferred, but no guilt should you prefer to pay with card (like I do).

Now, I understand and am not delusional to think it was going to look 100% like the photo.. but it wasn't even close. I also asked for short nails because I wear contacts a lot and also have a very active toddler. Long nails just don't work for me. Long story short, I was very unhappy. He didn't listen to me at all on what I wanted. He was rude and dismissive. Looking back, I think he refused to do something like the first photo because the ombré was more expensive. I got my toes done as well but I paid $130 which was 100% way overpriced. I wish I would be able to receive a refund, but I will definitely not be spending my money there ever again.
