My family has invested years of business into this location. Not only have I been a long-time customer, but both of my daughters have been clients as well. Until recently, our experiences were consistently positive. Unfortunately, since the management change, the level of customer service has become unacceptable and declined significantly. I recently spoke directly with the manager Dilai regarding a concern, I expected professionalism, active listening and a willingness to resolve the issue but instead the experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening and trying to understand the issue, she repeatedly interrupted and kept repeating the same statements without addressing what I was actually saying. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The conversation was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unproductive. What made the situation even more concerning was that, despite our long history as customers, the staff seemed unfamiliar with us and were asking basic questions about my daughters that should have already been understood in the context of our relationship with the center. The manager Dilai also promised to call me back, but never followed through. A simple follow-up is a basic expectation of customer service, especially when a manager personally commits to it. Failing to do so only reinforced the feeling that customer concerns are no longer valued. The most disappointing part is that this was not a one-time interaction with a front-desk employee, it was my experience with the manager Dilai herself. Leadership sets the standard for customer service, and based on this experience, that standard has fallen dramatically. Loyal customers are the foundation of any successful business. We deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and have our concerns acknowledged. Sadly, that was not my experience. I sincerely hope ownership takes a closer look at what is happening under the current management because the difference is noticeable, and not in a positive way. read more

This is my first and last visit at the Tracy location and it was honestly a terrible experience. The woman who did my wax clearly had a bad allergy--she was sniffling and coughing the entire time and she wasn't even wearing a mask. Given how exposed you are during a wax, it felt extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. I didn't realize just how bad the situation was until she was already halfway through, otherwise I would have spoken up or walked out. To make matters worse, when the session was finally over, it wasn't even done properly. There were still patches of hair left, and I had to go home and clean it up myself. Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and hygiene. I won't be coming back. read more

Alanah provided an overall consultation to confirm what I wanted waxed. I was turned away because I was in the restroom when the tech first came out to call on me. I was only there for 2-3 mins max. By the 2nd time she came to the lobby it was 10 mins past my appt. She gave me contradicting responses. She first said the receptionist had just checked me in. When I told her I was here before she then said I wasn't there when she called on me. I felt like maybe she purposely came out at the 10 min mark to cancel my appt. I don't blame her. It might be that they're just too busy, too behind. She might have been tired and need a little break. They're given little time to do all these services. read more
