Until recently, our experiences were consistently positive. Unfortunately, since the management change, the level of customer service has become unacceptable and declined significantly. I recently spoke directly with the manager Dilai regarding a concern, I expected professionalism, active listening and a willingness to resolve the issue but instead the experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening and trying to understand the issue, she repeatedly interrupted and kept repeating the same statements without addressing what I was actually saying. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The conversation was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unproductive. What made the situation even more concerning was that, despite our long history as customers, the staff seemed unfamiliar with us and were asking basic questions about my daughters that should have already been understood in the context of our relationship with the center. The manager Dilai also promised to call me back, but never followed through. A simple follow-up is a basic expectation of customer service, especially when a manager personally commits to it. Failing to do so only reinforced the feeling that customer concerns are no longer valued. The most disappointing part is that this was not a one-time interaction with a front-desk employee, it was my experience with the manager Dilai herself. Leadership sets the standard for customer service, and based on this experience, that standard has fallen dramatically. Loyal customers are the foundation of any successful business. We deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and have our concerns acknowledged. Sadly, that was not my experience. I sincerely hope ownership takes a closer look at what is happening under the current management because the difference is noticeable, and not in a positive way.

Then the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted a manicure. I said no and that I just wanted my nails painted with gel the same color as my toes. Do these look like the same color???? Yikes! It looks like I picked out two different colors. Then the charges...for ONLY a gel polish on my stubby non painted nails $25. Pedicure-$45 Gel Nail Polish-$25 3 stars because I was able to walk in and get a seat plus newer chairs but they didn't even turn on the massager.

The technician spent most of the time talking about how ready he was to leave and how he couldn't wait to go home. He seemed annoyed that I had even come in, despite me arriving well before closing. He was clearly relieved I was only getting a removal, but acted like even that was too much work. He didn't shape or file my nails afterward, which is usually standard. Instead, he did a very quick buff and then he offered me the buffer cube and said I could just do it at home. At the end, he asked if I needed anything else, but with that kind of attitude, the answer was obviously no. I paid the $10 and left, but won't be returning.
