Been around motorcycles for 60 years and going up to Utah to purchase my last motorcycle at EuroSports Ducati and purchasing my Hypermotard 950 SP was the easiest, most fun and best purchase I have ever made. Morgan sold me the motorcycle, Gennaro did the paper work and Nick in parts made sure I had everything I needed. Everybody treated me like family, they are extremely knowledgeable, very professional, well experienced and a lot of fun to be around, we did a lot of bench racing story's. They gave me the inside scoop on the best way to break in this masterpiece that Ducati has made. Just watch the Moto GP's because if your not on a Ducati then you are not in the top ten each week. I was driving back to Grand Junction with the biggest smile on my face knowing that I had picked a great Dealer and was going to be taken care of for the rest of my and the life of the motorcycle, I was proud and happy that my motorcycle and I where in good hands, knowing all this sure makes it a lot more fun when you leave your house to go for an exciting ride. To everyone at EuroSports Ducati a big thank you for keeping my first love of motorcycles a live and well. See you for my first Service soon. Best Wishes Always, Michael P.S. I still Love my Harley, but this Ducati is really a very special machine, made with Ferrari/Ducati Love and yes My Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP is called Sophia.

This review is regarding the sales team at Eurosports Utah Ducati. Worked out a great deal on a new 2023 Ducati Panigale V4 S. Zeus, Ian, and Sean and team went above and beyond in making my purchase experience great! I highly recommend Eurosports Utah Ducati if you wish to purchase a new/used Ducati!

I had been pestering this location for about two months, coming back again and again and again, even during the middle of the pandemic. The staff here all seemed nice, but I have the highlight just the ones I worked with. Since the first day coming here Morgan was the one who worked with me and a friend to get our bikes. He was always kind, respectful, and eager to get us what we wanted. When my bike finally did arrive he notified me the day of via text and sent me pictures and updates when it was finally ready for me to come and pick up. Jamie who was part of the financing department was awesome as well; when I changed my mind about something the day after signing she worked with me to get done what I wanted, no hesitation at all. I love my bike! And I couldn't be more thankful for the experience of getting it! Go see Morgan! He will get you what you want one way or another.

Just had my tires replaced by Harrison's service department. It was a great experience, the tires are amazing, and they balanced the wheel properly. This 2014 R1200GSA I purchased from a private seller feels like a brand new bike. The parts department and all staff are super helpful even for folks that don't have a decade of riding knowledge. I highly recommend Harrison! By the way, I also highly recommend the Michelin Road Trail 5s, such an amazing difference.

September 2025. I…read morethought I would try CycleGear instead of the dealer for a new tire. Ordered from the CycleGear website and it showed up in two days. Not bad. However the date code showed the tire was 2 years 10 months old. Seriously? I am hell on tires so I didn't complain as the tire won't be on my bike for more than 6 months anyway. I paid them to mount and balance the tire. Here's where it started to go downhill. First: Their shop has no outside access, so you have to carry your wheel/tire in the front door of the store. Pretty tough to do since you can't prop their doors open and trying to bring the tire through while fighting the door trying to close on you. Grr. Normally they have a dolly they will let you use, but I find it odd they couldn't find it. How do you lose a dolly? My guess is they had it in the back with inventory and didn't want to unload it. Okay, fine. But I found out later they have two dollies. Second: I asked how many tires they had in front of mine, they said none. I asked if I could wait since it was 30 minutes each way to get to their store from my home. The guy at the counter seemed annoyed that he had to deal with me to begin with, but this question set him off for whatever reason. He said they won't do tires same day even if there isn't a wait. I asked why and he said "that's Cycle Gears policy". So I had to make two trips for no reason? Oh come on. Why would a business create a policy like this? Third: The next day they called me to tell me the tire was done and I could come pick it up. At least they had the dolly this time. I wheeled the tire out and headed home. My mistake was not inspecting the tire before I left. The installer tore off the OEM factory Honda wheel weights, but did not remove the foam and glue. Instead, they just slapped a new set of weights on the old foam. They also didn't center the weight strip on the center of the wheel, but left it overhanging the edge of the rim's center. Look at my pictures and you will see the weights sticking up on the old foam, and overhanging the center ridge. This made the weights incredibly easy to pop off with barely any pressure from my finger. I would wager the weights would not have stayed attached the first time I went through a puddle or stream. That was just sloppy, lazy and potentially unsafe at high speed. Fourth: I had to drive to their store a third time to have this corrected. However, I removed the weights, the old foam and glue myself before going back to make sure they it was properly cleaned up. It took me about 2 minutes with a little denatured alcohol and a shop towel. I arrived and asked the girl at the counter to speak with the manager. He was currently talking to a customer, but she said he would help me as soon as he was done. I waited. Then I waited some more. Finally I went and sat on their couches. Two more customers came in and he started helping them. I stood up and tried to get his attention to remind him I was already waiting and needed his help. He avoided makeing eye contact with me, then spoke with the girl at the counter and disappeared into the back where and was gone for at least ten more minutes. Finally he came back up front and talked to me after I had been waiting for about 25 minutes. I explained the siuation with the weights and he said he would go mount and balance the tire again for me. I sat back on the couch and he took my wheel into the back. It took about 20 minutes. I asked if they would refund me anything for the mount and balance since I had spent 2.5 hours so far driving back and forth to the store and still had another half hour to get home. He said they won't issue discounts or refunds on wheel services, even though he didn't charge me for the remount and balance. Those two things don't really add up. I left very irritated at their lack of customer service and mechcanical aptitude. Fifth: You have got to be kidding me. The tire slow leaked about 2 PSI per day. There is no way I am going to let them touch my rim and tire again. So I took the wheel back off my bike and instead went to Wrights Motorcycle in Salt Lake, about 45 minutes away. I got there and had to pay about $60 to remount and balance my tire. I chose them as they were the only place that could do it same day. Wright's said the leak was because they didn't remove a small chunk of rubber from the side of the rim. They said it was about 30 seconds of work. In the end, it cost me $90 to have my tire installed. It was a horrible experience from the moment I set foot in their store. I will never, ever step foot back in that store again. The guy at the counter was a complete jerk. The shop guy and the manager are both terrible at their jobs and neither can figure out how to properly mount and balance a tire. You guys were rude, incompetant and disrespectful of your customers time and money. Ridiculous.

My boys and I researched for so long and were so excited to get dirt bikes. One of the dirt bikes didn't come with a charger and one of the dirt bikes didn't come with a MCO. So not only can I not go to the DMV and get one of the bikes registered I had to buy a charger for one of them to even use it.... I have called and spoke to at least 8 different people and get the runaround every single time. I'm told every time they will call back and never once have I received a call back. I purchased by bikes 1 month ago and have still gotten nowhere with anyone. Trent, Kyle, Cason... You guys should feel ashamed in yourselves. This place is great and responsive until they get your money then they completely ghost you. Its truly shameful.

I'm really disappointed with my experience here due to pricing and lack of transparency…read more I was initially charged $200 to disassemble my forks. When I later brought them back already fully disassembled and provided all required parts, I was charged $412 just for reassembly, plus an additional $35 in "parts" charges, despite the fact that all parts used were my own. In total, this came out to around $700 for the disassembly and reassembly of forks that were already OFF the bike. That pricing simply does not make sense. I've previously worked in a motorcycle shop and as a service writer, so I'm familiar with standard labor practices. Reassembly typically takes less time than disassembly, and when customers provide parts or bring components in pre-disassembled, labor time and parts charges are usually reduced. None of that was reflected here. I was never given a clear shop labor rate, the receipt was extremely vague, and when I asked for clarification on how the charges were calculated, I was not provided any meaningful details beyond "that's just how we do it." For a professional service shop, this lack of transparency and the final cost feel unreasonable. Customers deserve clear labor rates, itemized receipts, and pricing that reflects the actual work performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this shop.
