Been around motorcycles for 60 years and going up to Utah to purchase my last motorcycle at EuroSports Ducati and purchasing my Hypermotard 950 SP was the easiest, most fun and best purchase I have ever made. Morgan sold me the motorcycle, Gennaro did the paper work and Nick in parts made sure I had everything I needed. Everybody treated me like family, they are extremely knowledgeable, very professional, well experienced and a lot of fun to be around, we did a lot of bench racing story's. They gave me the inside scoop on the best way to break in this masterpiece that Ducati has made. Just watch the Moto GP's because if your not on a Ducati then you are not in the top ten each week. Can't be trusted! I wad looking for a new or used motorcycle, and test drive a couple. I decided on one bike and they gave me an initial price of $16,000. The usual hour of dealing and waiting for the sales manager's response gets old. Finally the salesman came out with the managers "best price," you know that special people where they are barely making money. (His own words) It was closing time and we finally agreed on a price. I left and said I would return the next day with my trade. I pulled up the bike on the website to show my wife.......it was listed for $1,000 cheaper then were agreed after an hour of compromise Do like I did, take your money elsewhere. Just had my tires replaced by Harrison's service department. It was a great experience, the tires are amazing, and they balanced the wheel properly. This 2014 R1200GSA I purchased from a private seller feels like a brand new bike. The parts department and all staff are super helpful even for folks that don't have a decade of riding knowledge. I ended up walking around for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help. They had what looked like 3 salesman all working with some girl looking at a Ducati. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my Ducati Panigale to get its 15k desmo service. Surprisingly they got the bike in and out in a couple of days. Upon receiving the bike back I was leaking a lot of coolant. When I say a lot I mean a stream of coolant was pouring out. I texted the tech and he said it was just the overflow tank pushing extra out. After taking the lower fairing off I found that the tech putting my bike back together hadn't tightened the main hose to my radiator draining all coolant causing my bike to overheat. I took it straight back explaining how they messed up. Upon inspection, they concluded that my water pump seal was blown due to running without coolant. They said it was my fault and tried to charge me another $1000 to have my water pump replaced. They "alluded" to the idea that I had undone the hose in some attempt to make them pay for new parts (parts that weren't ever damaged before I took it here) and they tried to lie to me about what was and wasn't taken apart when the service was done, assuming I hadn't done my research and didn't know but luckily I did and called them on it. They also said it was leaking coolant from the weephole when they received the bike. Their initial inspection before servicing my bike says nothing about coolant leaking from the weephole. I took my bike to the dealership and paid extra to have it done right, but what I got in return was mistakes and mechanics not willing to fix those mistakes. It's not just me, many other people have had garbage service by these crooks. I will not be taking my bike back and will do everything in my power to spread the word to others so they don't take their bikes here. These are supposed to be "professionals", mistakes like this should not be happening. I will also be taking legal action to hold these mechanics accountable for their mistakes and for their lack of responsibility. read more

Bought a $30,000 bike from here that started having problems with only 8 days of riding it. Called to set up a warranty service appointment only to find out they couldn't get me in for 8 weeks (at the time). Recently others have been given 6 week windows. Anyway - how can you sell people premium bike but then cause them to lose most of the summer to wait for the repairs? And based on other reviews - it's 6-8 weeks to get in to figure out what's going on then a month to order the part, then you go back in. Crazy. I bought a new Ducati Monster 821 in 2015 from Harrison. After one year I had an oil leak which took them months to fix. After getting my bike back the rear brakes did not work. The mechanic stated that it was not caused by them and that it is an issue with the brakes on the bike. If you let the bike sit for a month sometimes they will fail. Fast forward 2021 and I get a recall on the rear brakes failing without notice. This was a known issue in 2015 and they are now telling people. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a Ducati. I sold mine after they told me this was a potential problem. It should be criminal to sell any motorcycle that has this kind of potential issue and it should not take 6 years to act on it. Stay safe and buy a different make! read more

When I purchased my motorcycle I asked the sales person, Sean what I needed to do about insurance and he told me that my car insurance would cover the motorcycle for 30 days, just like when you buy a new car. 2 weeks later I totaled the bike in an accident. The insurance statement made by the sales person was incorrect so he either lied or was ill informed. You cannot cover a motorcycle with an auto policy. Needless to say this learning experience has cost me thousands of dollars and now the sales team has no idea what I'm talking about, and knowing that I got in an accident they have changed the advice that they give to " I would recommend you talk to your insurance agent" denying that they ever said what they said. Moral of the story don't ever trust anyone for what they say always think for yourself read more

I've never had any kind of negative experience with the staff and service at Harrison Eurosports! This is a gorgeous dealership with a huge selection of beautiful European bikes. The sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful to get you information on the bike you're looking for and the service department is professional and thorough! They will make you feel good about your purchase and ensure you're protected on the road and on your loan. I met the owner of the dealership, Vance, and he made me feel at home there. They are also one of the few dealerships I know that sponsor track days at Miller for their customers and it even includes lunch and coaching!! I haven't had the opportunity to attend yet but I'm planning on hopefully making it to the next event. I think it says a lot about a store who participates in customer motorcycling events and safety. The sell you a great bike and then provide the worst service ever. Impossible to get in... what good is having a great bike if you have to wait 60 days to get a service appointment and then wait 45 days for parts and the fix. This has pretty much happed to everyone I ride with. So much so that we all chipped in to buy a spare bike to share while we wait for Harrison's one man Ducati service "department" to fix our bikes. This a review of the Service department. I swear it used to be better, but now not at all. After making an appointment for several services weeks in advance, I was called after two days to say they had to order standard parts that should've been stalked before my appointment, and my bike would be done by the following Thursday at the latest. The following Friday afternoon I finally got the call that the bike was done. I stopped in to pick it up Saturday morning, and when the bike was wheeled out (and my ride left), I discovered the brake lever was not in the correct position, and the bike was much dirtier than when I had left it. I wasn't able to borrow an allen wrench to reposition, so had to wait another 30 minutes for a tech to come out and move the lever back into position. On top of that, the shop did not return the used front tire to me as I had requested. Hopefully you can find a better shop, or if not, hopefully this shop gets it's $h!! together and you don't have the expensive troubles I did. read more

The salesman Morgan was GREAT! Extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. This review is about the Ducati sales manager. Didn't catch his name. I had been communicating with Morgan over the phone about trading my Monster in on a new bike. I made an appointment with him and showed up after work. I have owned many different kinds of motorcycles in my life and was a bit indecisive about what bike I wanted next. I was very interested in a few different bikes and spent maybe 30-45 minutes talking with Morgan about those different bikes. There were 3 different bikes they had that I just wanted to know what the cash price would be out the door after my trade in. While Morgan and I were finishing up talking about the bikes he took me to the back of the showroom and showed me the a model of one of the bikes I was interested in but it was already sold and had a Termignoni exhaust system on it. He started it up for me so I could hear it. At that point the manager (balding guy with a shitty comb over) yells at Morgan that that bike is already sold, we both knew that, just wanted to hear it with the Termi exhaust. Right after that he yells at Morgan again that he has a customer on the floor, completely disregarding that he was already with a customer. Morgan kindly excuses himself and goes to a lady that he had been working with previously who from what I could catch was looking at a used Harley for her boss? Idk. But anyways, Morgan's manager is bringing in the bikes from outside and I clearly hear him tell Morgan to quit fucking around with me, tells him I'm not a buyer and to tell me to get the fuck out of there. Morgan came back and kindly apologized that he had another customer and would love for me to come back some other time when we could test ride the different bikes I was looking at. All without giving me any pricing. I will not be buying a bike here strictly due to the actions of that manager. read more

I was unable to get the service department or Triumph in general to take any responsibility or share in the cost of a total clutch replacement on a bike less than a year old and with less than 3k miles. Felt like Harrison had a chance to address my clutch issue and look deep into it when I had the bike in their shop at first sign of a problem. Instead, a small adjustment was made and a week later they now have to do an expensive full clutch plate replacement. Instead of trying to find a solution, they were very defensive and put all of the blame on me, offering the only remedy as me paying full price for all parts and labor. read more

Back in the day, they were a decent place to go for sales and service. Bought a Husqvarna from them and had my BMW serviced there regularly. As they changed GM and grew in brands and volume, it turned into a used car lot experience. It was a sad day when Salt Lake Motorsports was acquired by HE and we lost a great Ducati shop. Fast forward to needing to have some service done and asked them to check out some brake issues I have noticed. ~$70 in diagnostics fees later i am told that the brakes are fine. Well surprise surprise, my Ducati had to go back in a few months for a software update to the ecm and the mechanic notices the same brake issues i had complained about in my previous visit and determines that there is a problem and it is covered under warranty. When I picked it up i inquired about a refund/credit for my previous diagnostics for the same issue and was told no. I stopped by this past weekend to see about some parts that i would not be able to find anywhere else in the valley, but was not even acknowledged by any sales staff in both Ducati and BMW showrooms. Do yourself a favor and buy from NV or CO dealers and go to an independent shop, as I only see the desire to make money, not a relationship with the customer from Harrison Eurosports. read more

They don't do all the work you ask for but insist on upselling you for more work than you need(just to be safe), then deny it when the break a part on your bike (just magically failed somehow), and then want to charge you more to replace a part that they broke. Their ducati mechanics must be pure amateurs who don't realize that wires run thru the bike so you dont have to touch a specific area to break something. read more

I've delt with Harrison Eurosports over the past 4 years. It started buying parts for my '06 Tiger. Andy and the service dept would go out of the way to help and answer questions. In July I bought a '17 Triumph Explorer, the service has continued to be excellent. I came to "them" asking for suggestions on mounting lights, and they have great options and even showed options on their personal bikes.
