Since we were out of state and planning to return to Arizona, when that house didn't work out, Jared went above and beyond to help us find a house that met our criteria. We explained that we wanted to be located in the Queen Creek/San Tan area, and Jared diligently searched the listings, providing us with more options. I was in frequent contact with Jared regarding property questions, and he always did his best to provide answers within reason. Finally, we found the perfect house! When it came to the closing process, Jared worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly and to address any minor issues that arose. He even went above and beyond to help us deal with contractor issues on our newly built house and the neighboring houses. I highly recommend Jared and the Klaus Team! They are truly exceptional agents who will go the extra mile to help you find the perfect home and great value in the custom cabinetry throughout the house, appraising higher than the buying price! While things started off smoothly, the experience quickly deteriorated. There were multiple issues with the property being left unsecured, which I was made aware of by contractors. Despite raising my concerns, they were either dismissed or completely ignored. The realtor's communication was unprofessional and at times outright disrespectful -- at one point responding with "LOL I'm not talking to you about this anymore" when I questioned a cleaning service that had been arranged (and paid for) but appeared to have done no actual work. As I was selling the property remotely, it was especially important to have trustworthy support on the ground. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After two failed sales and ongoing problems, we decided to end the relationship. In my experience, this realtor was dishonest, unprofessional, and lacked the basic respect and communication skills needed in such a sensitive situation.     UPDATE: What's better than a review at the onset of a new…read moreexperience? A renewed review, of course! Upon receiving my renewal notice, I was fairly sure I would go another around with Aviva, despite some of my concerns with the new management. Low and behold, after a few months post-change, I am more in love with the property than ever! Love the new office manager. Love the new energy. Love that they brought back the Cornhole game by the pool even though the previous residents on the first floor complained about the "thumping sound after 8 pm". The new management has a wonderful balance that differentiates the incessantly noisy from the everyday noise of an apartment dweller. These apartments are reasonably quiet, given the Olympic size pull in the courtyard. The culture has improved exponentially. My favorite part is the office. To put it in perspective, the same day the new office "person" came to Aviva, I was locked out of a side gate. After confirming my identity, she came to the gate and personally let me in. 2 weeks later, the new UPS guy did not correctly register my package in The Hub (Amazon drop off location). When I called the office to determine if the package was incorrectly delivered there, the office rep looked up my address. She informed me that it had been delivered and would meet me there with the master key + there were 2 additional packages that were waiting for me in the office. Then, something absolutely astounding happened! She came to meet me at The Hub with both of my packages in hand. She then unlocked the box for me to get my additional packages. At this time, she introduced herself as my new property manager! Whoa!! As a 10 year apartment dweller, I must say, it has been incredible to have an office that is here for the residents, not here to sign leases. Love it here! Love my neighbors. Love the 24/7 workout area and business center. Love the cabanas. Love having a full size refrigerator and freezer. Love a full size water heater and roman tub. Most of all, I love the commitment to service, as that never goes unnoticed! You go Aviva!!!

    This place is terrible. We were supposed to be moved in by a certain date and the day before we…read morewere supposed to get our keys they told us we were not able to until the following day (but hey we got a $25 gift card to Uncle Bears). When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.
