The spa is located in a little storefront tucked away in Watchung right off of the highway and there's some parking in the back. As you walk in there's lots of products that you can purchase after your service and a little lounge area. Since I went during the middle of the day I was the only one there and was quickly taken back by one of the associates to get started. The space was clean and had nice ambiance music playing in the background. The facial was extremely relaxing as she exfoliated, used some light tool and did some extractions. My favorite part by far was the shoulder massage towards the end. It's crazy how quickly 75 minutes go by when you're in full relax mode. Can't wait for my next facial! This enabled me to stretch, which I previously couldn't do. I followed up with a few local sessions and I definitely contribute my healing to starting cryo. They have great intro deals if you're new and are constantly having promotions. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They were constantly offering me ideas to help heal my shoulder and made sure to squeeze me in so I could be seen. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark.
