I had a wonderful experience! From the texts to schedule, to my appointment and during, all positive. The space is clean and beautiful, they are upfront and fully transparent about pricing for all procedures and friendly too. I followed their instagram for a while and was very particular prior to my appointment. I had lip filler and tox done by Cassie and she was awesome. After spending $7,000, I was left with an outcome that I'm very dissatisfied with. When I reached out for support and asked about reimbursement, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously or handled with care. Based on my experience, I did not feel that customer well being was a priority, and I regret trusting them with something as important as my face and overall health. Disaster!!! paralyze the left side of my face for three months, I went in for the Thread lift, I was talked into putting a whole bunch of fillers to sustain the threads, I explained that I did not want any more fullness my face was full enough that I just needed some lifting on my jaws and neck area... The procedure took 20 minutes over 20 threads shoe injections of filler. It was traumatizing when it was finished. I told them that it was way too tight and that my face was pulling on the left side and something was wrong. They told me everything was fine. Three days later I had to go back they're to dissolve the threads in my face. The following week I go back they have to dissolve all the fillers because I look like a ridiculous chipmunk. I spent over $7000 and then was blamed by Nat the owner that I listened to them and I should've not done everything that they suggested and that I should've known better. I asked her who is the professional here... Of course you still had a suggestion. We only suggested you went along and did it . All that work was basically done in the garbage because they had to release almost half the threads because they overdid it and all the filler that they put in was dissolved and now I have flatness on the left side of my face do not go to these people do not... These girls are in their 30s and they're freaking pulling their face and putting fillers everywhere. I'm 56 years old and now when I started doing this, they are butcher shop.!!! They are the best! I saw Cassie for botox (daxxify actually) and she was wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me consider different options. I've been thinking about trying something I've never tried so I spoke with her about it. She helped me consider it and wasn't pushy at all which I appreciated. They were also very transparent about pricing of everything so there were no surprises. Everyone on staff was very professional and kind. Everything is very clean and well organized. I'd highly recommend to anyone. Also, there is a large parking lot so you don't need to worry about parking. Nat promoted Attiva stating it would help with tightening and production of collagen. Charged an astronomical amount for a procedure that did NOT work. Went in for follow up where they are trying to convince me it worked. Told me that I should seek a plastic surgeon. Wanted to do something else charging me more money. She was rude and honestly not professional at all. Gave me nothing but a run around since the day after the procedure. Very dis-satisfied with the results and Her. This was the most horrific experience I've ever had! I must share.. first of all I drive almost 2 hours to go there because of the advertising they do on social media. I finally get there & was told that the consultation was 200.00 but that goes towards the procedure. I was wanting to do the PDO thread lift on the jawline. I'm in the room & Nat comes in & I told her what I wanted. She was saying that I need more threads than I wanted or it wouldn't look right & they are very very expensive. So she stepped out of the room & I thought about it & decided to leave because it was too expensive. Well as I was walking to my car they call & say where are you. I said I've decided not yo do it that it is very expensive. She said we offer payment plans, I said no thanks. A moment later I received a notification on my credit card saying I was charged N additional 200.00 on top of the 200.00 for the consultation. I called them back right away & asked why am I being charged another 200.00 she said because u wall out! I said I have the right to refuse the procedure & that I came to my appointment & just decided not to do it! She was being very difficult. So I just called my credit card company & explained what happened & received a full refund & also the 200.00 for the consultation. Nat's husband also called me saying he was the CEO of the company & asking what happened & saying that I was charged because I walked out. I said to him I have the right not to get the procedure if i decide not too!! I want people to know that they are a bunch of scam artists! They will rip you off & she seems so unprofessional. I would not trust her with my face! I could have a real plastic surgeon do this for what they charge!!! You're on yelp but if you haven't been to the instagram you're really missing the good stuff. When I tell you this was the hands down best med spa experience I have ever had! Even just walking in, the place was clean, elegant and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Cass was great, communicated every single step of the process and made sure I was comfortable and well informed. I got PDO threads and chin filler to optimize facial symmetry. She killed it on the chin alone! The difference it made was stunning I was shocked and so grateful she suggested it! PDO threads were so smooth not really painful at all, some slight discomfort when the strings are pulled but that's to be expected of course. Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. These fox eye threads really are my biggest regret. One of my eyebrows looks higher than the other one including having a lump. Those ladies didn't give me any solution for this bad procedure. After expending over $7 thousand dollars at their place, they said that i do not show in their system as a customer. but i do have receipts and proves that I came to this horrible place. read more

I'm sitting here after a few lipo procedures I had done somewhere else. One being my chin which was previously lifted with these threads at Injx. The post op is a bit much for their threads I might add... Price insane..6k? I'm just sitting here flabbergasted (great word, I know) knowing I just got two permanent procedures done for the same exact price I got here for 4 threads, some dissolving and Botox. The results of the threads weren't that great, as it puckered where the thread ended on my chin line overexaggerating the original cause and also making the area numb. Yep I know, it's a possible thing that can happen, but I felt they went too deep. I've had threads before and I regret not going back to my doctor. I eventually did, and I got a script for a face xray as we went through all my procedures over the years as well, his threads didn't do that to me. Fortunately, I got a lot of that jawline recontured. If you have minimal sagging just go get a bit of lipo w jplasma as I was able to fix the bs. Yes there are good people out there that charge the exact same price as what you pay at Injx. Their pain management is well non existent, if you have anything dissolved in the lips be advised it's awfully painful. read more

Nat or whoever answers the phone could have told me to come in, seen my cheeks, and drain the hematoma. The threads were put in too deep. Here are my receipts that I was serviced by NAT and still paying. You blocked me from Instagram, but I really dont care. However, the picture I posted is from your Instagram account that has NOT been hacked. I am a lot of things, but far from a liar, and my words speak volumes. Just as I was forgotten about after the procedure, I actually forgot about my horrific experience until my dear friend hit me up sending me my picture that was on NATs account. Which i am surprised INJX would use since I had an issues they didnt resolve, or follow up on after I text and called multiple times. SO, as of now, all my points stand from my 1st post!!! The only thing that matters to INJX they want to make money by any means necessary. If there is a problem. There is NO accountability. You will simply say it's normal I have to wait or respond with what I posted is fraudulent. But now I posted my receipts, Do you recall now? Your response should have been what can we do to resolve this? And have this post removed. The only fabricator of the truth is you STEVEN. If anyone is looking to have the procedure done.
