Dr. Raklyar is only in the Paramus office and no longer offers any services beyond mole removal surgery. His assistant handles any other services. 2. Dr. Wiederkehr only works in the Hoboken office on Thursdays, but he is booked about a year out. 3. A representative said that Dr. Wiederkehr is no longer "in-network" with United Healthcare even though he is listed as in-network on the UnitedHealthcare website - she said that must be a mistake. Nevertheless, the receptionists answered calls quickly and were very informative. But, it would be great if they would update their website with all this information to save everyone's time - I spent a lot of time researching only to hit dead-ends. Due to these roadblocks, I was not able to book an appointment with any in-network dermatologist at this business.

I ended up getting a Chimmy stuffed toy and a gloss along with a great Bareminerals concealer. They also have a salon in the back which I think is a GREAT addition to this shop. There was an issue where ups was delivering to their neighbor and the neighbor is stealing packages instead of returning them to the store. What a horrible human. Long story short- I didn't receive my sunscreen but TJ made it right. She made sure I got the second one she ordered in a gift box and a gift card for my troubles. She also brought it to me at work which was above and beyond. She is wonderful!! And she spoke to ups about the problem so now hopefully it gets resolved and no one else has to deal with the package thief next to BlueMercury. Great experience! They also have brands you would know like Supergoop, Olaplex, Hourglass, etc. Do yourself a favor and check out the fragrance section because you'll definitely be hooked! There was little wait time, the staff was considerate and efficient, and Dr. D'Alberti was highly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I probably should've made an appointment a long time ago as my vision has been worsening for a while. After discussing both Lasik and contacts/glasses with the doctor, I decided on getting a prescription for glasses as well as a trial pair of contacts. If you are looking to schedule your first eye exam or if you are simply in need of a new doctor, you are in great hands with the D'Alberti Eye Center!
