I had a brow lamination done here that completely destroyed my beautiful eyebrows and left me with…read morebald patches, burns and open cuts that bled. They tried to blame it on me being un retinol. I am not on any retinol. It was extremely painful and when I asked for a full refund, they said they wouldn't refund me for my lashes because my lashes were fine. I am an actress and they have caused me to lose a job because of my patchy eyebrows now. My eyebrows now go in all different directions, and they never did that before, never had patches before. With each day, they become more coarse, despite my constant moisturizing with castor oil and Vaseline. This has been extremely stressful. If you care about your eyelashes and eyebrows, do not go here, she has no idea what she's doing. I told her during the whole process that it was painful, I was actually writhing on the bed and she just put a fan on me and said it was fine and that it was supposed to burn like that. This is not normal and your eyebrows should not fall off 24 hours later. I've attached Photos of my eyebrows 48 hours after the treatment, immediately afterward, as you can see, they were very full, and right before (black dress) as you can see, there were no missing patches. I am devastated and can't believe that they won't pay $90 for the damage they caused me to lose an acting job Just out of a good faith. Take your money elsewhere, this old lady has no idea what she's doing. They refunded me for the brow lamination, but that is not enough, I should not have to pay for any services at all considering I need medical treatment now.
