As a first time buyer in a market that, at the moment, is incredibly competitive, I knew purchasing a home would be more of an arduous task than a walk in the park. My family and I found Eva Lin online while looking for a home to buy in the San Gabriel Valley. We saw her great reviews and we got the sense she deeply cared about her clients, so we asked her to help us. Over the next few months, we got to know Eva. She was everything we had hoped for in a real estate agent and more--compassionate, savvy, resourceful, proactive, and always positive. While our entire experience was great, Eva was able to do a few things that really stood out for us. She stayed in very close contact with our lender and made sure he met the escrow timeline set forth by the home seller. Without Eva's proactiveness, we may have lost the house because our lender definitely needed to be pushed a bit to hit the important milestones.
