As a first time buyer in a market that, at the moment, is incredibly competitive, I knew purchasing a home would be more of an arduous task than a walk in the park. My family and I found Eva Lin online while looking for a home to buy in the San Gabriel Valley. We saw her great reviews and we got the sense she deeply cared about her clients, so we asked her to help us. Over the next few months, we got to know Eva. While our entire experience was great, Eva was able to do a few things that really stood out for us. She stayed in very close contact with our lender and made sure he met the escrow timeline set forth by the home seller. Before Eva, I was working with another agent to find an investment property in Pasadena. I wasn't getting the results I wanted, possibly because my first agent wasn't local and didn't seem to know the area very well.
