Came into this salon asking for gel polish to be removed and a dip manicure. The tech took of my polish and proceeded to do the dip polish. It was not staying on all of my nails and had spots where my nail was showing all the way through with no color. Since it was not working, I asked for it to be removed and to do gel. The tech and owner started yelling at me and left my nails as seen in the photo. My nails are trashed and I would NEVER recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, you can not see all the damage to my nails in the photo. I paid for the polish removal and went ahead and left. read more

I made an appointment for 2:45 and was told someone could help me I walked in to a loud and anxious man asking - 'How can I help' very loud and after stating several times I'm here for a wax for 2:45 appointment he continued to ask what type of wax. I stated and pointed to my chin 3 times. The last time I came close to look at the appointment book and also point to his chin. The man yelped and stated he doesn't like to be touched. genuinely so insane. i asked for french tip with a flower. just a simple little dotted flower like you put on a 1st graders nails. this man put 4 dots on my toe and made lines going out where there should be more pedals and it deadass looks like a swastika. it looks so genuinely bad for what i asked for. and while he was doing it a lady came up and started just painting shit on my toe laughing dripping paint everywhere being just unprofessional and rude. absolutely never going back. read more

Very disappointed in the quality of manicure I received and in the unfriendly service. The finished product looks very amateur. The polish is bumpy and layered too thick. I was charged extra for clean-up of my cuticles, but the friend I was with was not charged extra. Furthermore, at other nail salons, cuticle clean-up is always included, as it should be. Also, the friend I was with received lotion on her hands upon completion of her manicure, and although I was charged more for whatever reason, I realized later that lotion was not put on my hands. At my favorite salon on the west side (Lovely Nails), it's cheaper, much superior service and quality, and you also receive a brief arm massage as well. I definitely do NOT recommend this salon. read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure and powder dip nails for my sons upcoming wedding. the man that did my dip and pedicure did a terrible job. My nails look like a 5 year old did them and the polish on my toes is atrocious. normally a pedicure is so relaxing. not this one. I always come to this salon but no more after today. I had solar gel nails done at the end of March 2017. It is now 5/24/17 and they still look fabulous. I do need to get them redone only because my nails are now too long and driving me crazy. I will definitely go back to this place. It was my first visit and will not be my last. read more

Best pedicure I've received. Paid more at other places and didn't get near the amount of attention I did here. Paid $30 for the European pedicure and will be coming back for sure. My tech was kind, but didn't force conversation which I enjoyed. They appeared very busy but still got me in quickly and spent time making sure they did everything I was paying for. I went into this salon when they had maybe two other consumers. Right off, the nail tech seemed to be annoyed by me taking my time to choose a nail color. They don't have a good gel color selection. Then when he started to work on my nails, I asked for him to make my length shorter. He seemed very annoyed by that as well. I picked a sheer color and most other nail salons will give me three coats to make the color show more. This guy only wanted to give me one, when I requested for 3 he seemed pissed. Then finally when it was all over he ended my time there with, "are you going pay!?" instead of just telling me my price. So rude! Do not recommend. read more

It's very pricey for bad service. Only one person in there has a good attitude. I've been in there a few times hoping it would be better and was disappointed. I came out with very crooked nails and some way longer than others the lady doing them did not ask me what I wanted at all and just kinda did her own thing I told her I wanted powder dipped (it lasts longer and just looks better in my opinion) and she completely ignored me and painted them I asked for a matte finish and she did only half of my nails with the finish so they have patches everywhere. I paid 50 dollars for coffin nails and they aren't coffin shaped at all they are very round and not the length I wanted she ignored everything I said and I was in there for at least an hour an a half and was not happy with the outcome read more

Staff was great and very friendly. I have dry skin, which may have been reason for my bleeding cuticles, but my nails somehow looked worse than when I arrived. I had a great experience prior to this one, but I've never walked away with painful nails/gel that looks so uneven. read more

I went in to get a chipped nail fixed & was greeted by a very friendly man. But once the technician, Alex, started working on my nail, I should've walked out. He didn't so much as say hello! He decided to clip off the remaining acrylic, and rolled his eyes when I said that it hurt. As he continued to work, my nail felt like it had been lit on fire. I tried to take my mind off of it by conversation. I asked Alex if it was normally this busy on a Thursday, and he only nodded his head. I could tell he was super annoyed at having to fix my nail, and the lack of interest in doing a good job was evident! As a last ditch effort to get him to speak, I told him the polish looked nice & thank you...he turned & walked away without speaking. It's now been about 6 hours since I left there, & my finder still feels like it's on fire! I won't be back!! read more
