So I gave 3stars specifically because the lash technician was so sweet and very knowledgeable about how to care for my lashes. The pros were: * The Technician *Clean facility * Scheduling the appointment was easy * Calm and relaxing environment The Cons Were: * P R I C E!!!!!!!!... (for what you get it's not really worth it) * Other than my technician, everyone else walked past me more then one evening and didn't even say Hi, that was pretty weird. * The time it took for these unnoticeable lashes was a bit much, I got there 2:29Pm and didn't leave until after 5:15PM... I just knew I would walk out feeling like a new woman ,, instead I felt like I just put on a little mascara *the pictures I saw online were totally different from what I got, that is what makes me upset.. during the consultation I was told the more natural look starts at $200.00,, I specifically said I didn't want that look so I was told that the look I want would be more which was the $250.00,, if you look at the pictures you'll think I purchased the most natural look possible ,, I'm not happy with the results and looking to have them redone ASAP. read more

Found my go to lash lady right here in Columbia! Please see Monika for all your lash needs - extensions, fills, mega volume... she does it all! I actually found her through her Instagram handle @sodacitylashes. She was so accommodating through text and was able to book the two lash fill appointments needed while I am in Columbia for 6 weeks. She even worked around my hubby's schedule since I need him to watch our baby while I sneak away for the hour. Everything inside is so charming. They have rooms designated for whatever service you need at the spa. The bathrooms have adorable wallpaper. The lash room is so cozy, she really gives you everything you need to feel comfortable (heaters and blankets if you're cold, but if you're warm blooded like me then she'll help cool you off too lol). I usually fall asleep during my lash appointments but I really enjoyed talking to monika. Since I'm not from the area, she gave me a list of things to do and places to see! At the end of my fill, she misted my face which was something I have never had done after years of doing my lashes. She even gave me the cutest little lash care zipper pouch! Love the little finishing touches! Can't wait for the next time where I can add in a pedicure and a manicure while I'm getting my lashes fill. ***update Friday 01/11/20 I got my next lash fill by Alana. I originally had scheduled with monika but needed to go in a day early so I was great that her other lash girl Alana had 2 openings. I went in for a 3pm appointment. I was 10 min early but wasn't seen until 320 so I waited about 30 min. The three stars are for Alana because she is really sweet however, I had to deduct 2 stars because I asked for volume but it wasn't the volume I expected. I also didn't get the same treatment of starting with a wash lash and then ending with a mist. Additionally, the lash extensions were not glued close to my eyelid so you can actually see the ends of the lashes. It still looks like my lashes are overgrown and need a lash fill (Pictured) and it just looks like classic natural extensions. I also posted a picture of the volume lashes I normally get from my lash tech from the beauty room I'm a bit disappointed with the outcome because I paid for volume lashes but maybe I should've kept my appt with monika. read more

While I was there, I also got an eyebrow wax with Rylie. This is only the second time getting my wax done with Soda City Lashes, but Rylie really listened to my concerns when it came to my brow shape! read more

I came in for a lash lift, they took me to the back as soon as I signed the consent form. The estimated time for a lash lift and tint is one hour. I was out of the door within thirty minutes. My lashes are 1/10 stars in terms of how curled third out. She said it's bc of the thickness of my lashes but I routinely get treatment, so I know for a fact it's not my lashes fault. The two stars I am giving them is for the short waiting time and the Friendliness of my tech. I do not recommend this place for a lash lift. read more

I decided to make Saturday a full on spa day including a MicroDerm/Light Therapy Facial, Mani, Pedi, and Lash Extensions. If you're a person on the go then this is the spa for you! The best part is I got all these services in just over 2 hours! Let me break it down for you. While I got my lashes done by Monika, who did an excellent job and was very attentive to my comfort and relaxation, Kira did my manicure! How you ask? On top of having free-standing nail stations/room they can also perform nail services while you're receiving any facial treatment. I've never had this done before, but it was relaxing and a fantastic use of my minimal me-time. The manicure is clean and neat and my hands feel great. Being a guy i just wanted fuller looking lashes ( i wish i was Mediterranean, lol) and Monika did a great job of giving me exactly what I wanted: fuller and darker but still really natural. After that I went to have my facial done by the namesake, Eva herself. It's the first time I've had a facial on a chair/table conversion but it helped facilitate my pedicure at the same time of my MicroDerm facial. It's a little weird at first not being draped in a blanket on a treatment table but Eva came in and reclined me and covered me up while Kira came in after my feet had a chance to soak. Pedicure was just as good as the manicure and the facial was great. My skin feels fantastic thanks to the MicroDerm and LED light therapy. Eva was very knowledgeable about the services and had a wonderful touch, not too light but not overly aggressive like some estheticians i've had before. Overall it's a great place for a great experience. The prices are pretty on par for a high end spa service but you definitely get what you pay for. I would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting great nail and facial services (especially lashes) especially if you're short on time and on the go. read more

The entire process was actually way more relaxing than I thought it would be! My lashes are normally stick straight and are pretty short but my lashes look amazing now with these extensions! I'm an African American male, I called this place before I came to see if they were open, the lady said yes & I told her that I would be enroute. I arrive & ring the doorbell two times, 2 people saw me & walked by & did not come to open the door because that was the only way to gain access into the building. So a caucasian female came to the door & barely opened it, she asked how she could help me. I told her that I came to get something done & she began to say that they were closed. I proceed to tell her that I was the one she talked to on the phone, she said "oh I answered but were closed". So I went back to my car looked at the hrs & the hours were 9am-7pm. I arrived their at 5:30. While I was seating in my car looking for another location I saw that she was peaking out the window to see if I was still their. I was referred by one of my co-workers and I'm so happy I listened! I received a facial extraction and blue light for my acne prone skin. Eva was very knowledgable of what she was doing and made sure she used the right product for my face.
