I had the best cleaning today with Monica, followed by a thorough exam with Dr. Greco and her team. Dr. Greco takes the time to carefully analyze your dental needs and clearly explain the next steps, which is incredibly comforting. Problem is, you can't really get them on the phone. 90% of the time it goes to voicemail, and they don't bother to call back. Email is a roll of the dice as well -- sometimes it takes emailing them three times to get a reply. Why make it so difficult for your patients to get in touch?
