I come here for lip fillers in particular and in comparison to the other place I have been to, Dr Bell has such a soft touch and a great eye for lip shaping. (Literally. Went to see Dr.Bell for under eye filler and due to improper placement and filler it left my under eyes with lumps and a blue hue. Also had a facial with her fake hydrofacial machine and broke out with a rash that had to be treated by a dermatologist. When I contacted her about it her solution was I was detoxing which was obviously BS. Her manager with no medical background said I couldn't have a reaction from natural products. As a medical professional I'm truly embarrassed by Dr. Bell's practice. It was a mistake seeing a dentist for aesthetic work. My advise stay away from CL Dental Studio. read more

Not only is Dr. Bell an amazing Dentist, she has a special aesthetic eye that even the best of dentists and plastic surgeons do not have! I would know! Ok so it's taken me a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me. Dr. Bell has LITERALLY changed my life! I've struggled with acne, and hyperpigmentation for years! I've been on antibiotics, prescription creams, birth control, even considered Accutane, and Dr. Bell addressed all my skin issues in one visit and TWO products! The Nature+Medicine+Beauty Serum cleared my acne without aggravating or burning my skin and the Pigment Correcting Brightener is fading my hyperpigmentation amazingly! Dr. Bell is unprofessional only if you are some type of D list celebrity she will speak with you. I had a question about the micro needling I had with the esthetician. She could not be bothered and walked away and told the receptionist to talk to me. The esthetician was nice but she was super rough when cleaning my face when I came in with no makeup! They only numbed my face for like ten minutes it was still painful when she was passing the machine on my face. I kept it cool didn't want to make a scene but definitely will not go back. The doctors patients who I did see their were overfilled and look nothing like they do in their filtered Instagram pics. I would not get any procedures done with her if you like the fake tacky look then this is the place for you! read more

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment for a procedure to be done in time for New Years. My appointment was confirmed and I paid a 50% upfront deposit. After I made my appointment I received two confirmation texts. I got a call from the office literally two hours before my appointment that the doctor has to reschedule the appointment because she's sick with the flu. My appointment was at 2pm! If the doctor was sick I should have been notified earlier (they have a cancelation policy so I believe the same should apply to them right?) I was upset but figured it's out of their hands if someone is sick but then I was asked if I can make it to the Brooklyn office the next day... I live in Long Island and my appointment was in Freeport, I declined. I figured I could wait till my next scheduled appointment on January 5th because I wasn't willing to do the long commute. But I couldn't help but wonder how the doctor would miraculously only have the flu for one day, as my appointment was made two days prior and the doctor wasn't "sick" then. I also follow the doctor on her on Instagram, it seemed as if her child had the flu per her Instagram story and not her. I was given the wrong information. At that point I was upset I didn't get my procedure done for New Years as I planned or hoped for, but figured it is what it is. Two days later I receive another phone call from the office and I called them back after New Years and was told my appointment has to be rescheduled AGAIN due to the doctor being unavailable due to an event. Was this a joke? They wanted to move my appointment down another about two weeks. I was in disbelief. It was said that the event "came up" so it's not like the lady made a mistake and the doctor was busy. It was a conscious decision to cancel appointments because the doctor wanted to do renovations/events I'm not exactly sure and honestly I could care less. The lady on the phone once again asked if I can go to the Brooklyn location, I stated I rather not commute for 2.5 hours and at that point I felt this business is very unprofessional and unorganized. There was no way I'm trusting them to do a medical procedure on me. The lady on the phone did apologize and I understand she just works there and it's not her fault. I asked for a refund for my deposit, the lady said my money would be refunded and then the line was disconnected or she hung up on me? I guess I'll never know. I'm assuming she hung up because I never received a call back. I checked my credit card two days later and I received my refund. For the future, If the doctor has an event, there needs to be better planning. It's not morally right to cancel your confirmed appointments to do an event. Shows that you don't value your clients time, especially if they have already been rescheduled prior. I booked my appointment because they were having a special and also wanted to inquire about several other procedures because I see it on Instagram, but now I'm realizing the $100 discount wasn't worth the frustration. I should have stuck to my regular place I go to and would have gotten what I needed for New Years. I've never experienced this kind of behavior with my regular place. Lesson learned. read more

Came here with a Groupon for Botox. What I received was a watered down mixture of who knows what. I've had several Botox treatments done in the past at other facilities, with great results. The Botox I got at Cosmetic Laser & Dental did NOTHING for my lines. It was like water was injected. It didn't change one bit. I agree with the other poster who said the syringe was not opened/filled in front of me, which definitely leads me to think I did not get a full dose of the Botox. Yeah the office is nice but who cares if you're not getting what you pay for. The upsell on the products/packages they offer is annoying. Why would I buy a package from you if your Botox formula did not work on me? Don't waste your time with this place. read more

I went for a consultation for Botox. Dr Bell gave me a quote and made me aware I would need to put half the money down prior to my procedure. Two weeks later I went to have my procedure done. I waited an hour for Dr Bell. I understand running behind but an hour was extreme to me. I had to remind Dr Bell of the areas of concern to me. After my procedure I went to pay my remaining balance due to the quote she gave to me two weeks prior. It was double the price she gave me. I was not prepared financially for the payment which made me feel uncomfortable. After a month my Botox is totally gone. I feel I paid top dollar for a procedure that lasted only a month which makes me believe maybe her Botox was not 100 percent effective. read more

The women who does the cool sculpting procedure and operates the machine is very social and makes the whole experience more comfortable by talking to you the whole time and she is hilarious! Drove here all the way from queens for juvederm to be done around my mouth where I have some folds I'm 26 so keep in mind my lines are very very minimal however I want to start off by saying my syringe was never filled in front of me it was done in another room the Dr came into the room I was seated in with it already filled witch I found odd so after my procedure I was a lil swollen witch at that moment I was satisfied because my folds did look filled in however it's now been 2wks and the swelling has complete gone down and it looks like I never had anything done the folds are 100% back so in all I'm very disappointed and feel I've wasted time and money. Believe it or not they were even better the second time. They call her the lip doctor for a reason!
