He had gone to Great Expression for a routine exam His lifelong Dentist was on a month-long vacation (daughter getting Married) and the Dentist at GREAT Expression said you need 4 cavities filled and root cannel on another tooth. My son left without getting the work done at Great Expressions. My son waited for HIS dentist of 33 years to come back from his daughter's wedding. They're friendly people when you see them in person, and when you can get them on the phone. Problem is, you can't really get them on the phone. 90% of the time it goes to voicemail, and they don't bother to call back. Email is a roll of the dice as well -- sometimes it takes emailing them three times to get a reply. Why make it so difficult for your patients to get in touch?
