Went there a few years ago for an emergency because my dentist wasn't available. I was impressed from the time I walked in. The place was so clean and nicely furnished. The dentist who attended to me told me that I had severe disease and was about to lose all of my teeth! He asked me why my other dentist didn't warn me but told me not to worry because they could take care of it for me. I went to confront my regular dentist who told me it was all rubbish. He assured my that my teeth were ok and that he would have told me if I was in any danger. That was a few years ago and my teeth are still healthy. I went for my annual exam . It was my first time at this office . The place was clean and the staff were friendly. While getting my teeth cleaned I was asked if I had insurance. I replied yes and then after was suggested to get a deep cleaning for my next visit . I didn't really know what that procedure entails so I agreed . But felt I should research it . I have always had overall good oral hygiene and had one experience of cavities ( gap from not having insurance and couldn't go regularly to dentist )When I researched it , I found out it was a treatment recommended for folks with gum disease and it can be a painful procedure !!! The dentist comes in next and barely checks my teeth and says I have 6 cavities and need to schedule for fill ins. I left there feeling uneasy . So I scheduled an appointment for my previous dentist of 5+ yrs and requested my file from this place so I can bring to my original dentist for review . Well... my previous dentist informed me that I don't need a deep cleaning and I had NO cavities just slight discoloration on an old cavity !!! When I read the clinical notes in the file , the dentist put that I had poor dental hygiene. Disgraceful . I only went here because I moved and it was closer than my original dentist but the shadiness of creating untrue documentation to justify a procedure a patient doesn't need is so wrong . read more

Pros: This office is super clean and stylish! Its been around forever but I never got a chance until today. I was going further than needed. Process was super quick. I was seen right away. The hygienist did a great job on my cleaning as well. Super informative! Cons: The parking here is atrocious! Also, this is so odd. The doctor came in, opened my mouth, said a few words to the hygienist and that was it! He never even said hello or introduced himself to me which I find very rude. We all have our days ; could of been one of his.‍ I guess he's not much of a talker, but at the very least he could've been courteous. Not recommended. I usually don't write reviews but I don't want other people to be victims of greedy doctor. Had deep cleaning done twice within 6 months and they told me that the insurance is covering partial of the claim and I only have to pay around $135 I don't remember the exact price and the rest was supposed to be covered by the insurance as they explained. I agreed to do the work because they assured me I don't have to pay anymore out of pocket. Did the 2nd deep cleaning 6 months later along with fillings . When I took my 2 kids prior to the 2nd cleaning for their normal cleaning I asked if I owe any money and they said no. 4 months after the 2nd cleaning I got a call from them saying I owe them over $200 from the first cleaning and the 2nd cleaning. They didn't just lie to me once but multiple times. Once about the work being done and two about not having an outstanding balance. Very disappointed with them when it came to honesty. Stay away from this dentist. I called the office multiple times to dispute the charge and asked for explanation why they didn't tell me that from the beginning and I got nothing but her telling me if you don't pay we will send the claim to a collection agency. Do not go here! They will mess up your mouth! The dentist called me by a different name! Worse orthodontist treatment! I've been in pain since I got my braces in may because my bite has changed due to the ortho treatment. I was told there's nothing that they can do about it until my treatment is over which was for September of 2021. I've told them many times my bite hurts my jaw hurts and I get major headaches and I was always told there's nothing that can be done for this because my ortho treatment wasn't yet completed. I was told over the phone from the office manager Karolina to take ibuprofen. I have been taking ibuprofen everyday for 6 months which is now affecting my health. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told that my occlusal bite was way off and could be the cause for my jaw pain and headaches. I've been in pain for 6 months straight. I found a different dentist that listened to my issues and concerns and calls me by my actual name. They run this office horribly. If a patient is in pain and discomfort, they shouldn't be told to deal with it and drink ibuprofen for 6+ months. Unethical. Unprofessional. With major headaches for 6 months that made me sick to my stomach and the dentist not finding a solution, you would also be upset! I've been in extreme discomfort for 6 months straight, I think anyone would be extremely upset and disappointed. I had about 6 urgent care visits in regards to my headaches trying to find the cause. Came here on an emergency. My dentist was closed for the weekend and I needed to see someone asap. My jaw was slowly locking, to the point where I wasn't able to eat. I could not open my mouth wide enough to fit a spoon or fork. I called Saturday morning and I was able to be squeezed in. Unfortunately because everything was so unexpected I was forced to take my one year old with me. Both my husband and mother were at work. The lady who took me in must have repeated to me more than 4 times how much of an inconvenience it was that I had my daughter and I was lucky the front desk wasn't busy (one of the receptionist stayed with her while I was getting my X-rays done) made me feel horrible but I was also in pain so I had no choice. It's not like she was running around or crying. She didn't move from the chair and didn't even cry when I went to get X-rays done. Now to the main reason I am giving this place a 1 star, I was told it was my wisdom tooth. It was impacted and I had an infection. When taking the X-ray she was rough didn't care at all what kind of pain I was in and when I tried to move her away she would force the X-ray on more. All of that for them to tell me I needed to see a specialist because removing a wisdom tooth is considered surgery and they did not do that there. She gave my a referral to a doctor in Wantagh, behind the referral she circled the wisdom tooth that was infected. She circled the bottom one. I told her it wasn't the bottom, I was sure it was the top. She insisted it was the bottom. Finally the receptionist says don't worry they aren't going to go off this paper they will X-ray you too. I said good because this is wrong. Fast forward to 4 days later, I go to the referred doctor. I get X-rays done not only was is the one at the top but it was the both top wisdoms. How does someone who works at the dentist, I am assuming went to school for this and had the X-rays right in front of her not know where the pain was coming from??? I am glad the removal wasn't done there. They would have pulled the wrong one. read more

She was able to provide emergency services quickly and efficiently and was able to accommodate when I came to her on the weekend. I guess I'm not the first one to report the same problem with this office. Looks like it's a normal practice for them. Let's start by saying this. Had work done on my wife and I from September 24th 2015 to April 27th 2017. They told us before every work what we have to pay out of pocket and what the insurance covers, I paid the agreed amount the day of every time. However, comes November of 2017 seven (7) months later after the last time I was there, when I called requesting a receipt of payment to show my job (Nassau County Police Department, PBA) and only then I was notified that I still owe $533.15 because the insurance didn't cover after 2 years of going there. So they misinformed me about what my insurance can cover and can't to get me to do the work and make money out of us, even though known the insurance is not going to cover and made me agree to do the work at the time. Furthermore, the fact they didn't tell us about it till I called 7 months after the last time I was there is very suspicious. I don't recommend this dentist unless you don't mind being misinformed and overcharged. Definitely DO NOT recommend. I also reported the office to BBB and other sites. read more

Do not go here! I went to this location for the cellulitis reduction because I was under the impression that this was a professional establishment seeing as how the reviews online were positive (not realizing these same reviews were primarily for the DENTAL services and not the spa at this same location). This location also has skin therapy and laser treatment services. The staff was nice enough initially and I trusted that I would be treated with care and have a problem-free experience. The cellulitis reduction procedure cost me $700 for 6 one-hour sessions and I paid upfront for this. I was promised before and after pictures of the procedure and was prompted to sign a document authorizing the cosmetic technician to display my pictures after the procedure was completed. I was also asked for my social security number which I found very odd. The technician, named Vivian, is young and unprofessional. I was never able to get her on the phone to discuss my progress. She insisted on texting me only and even then did not always answer my texts in a timely manner, if she answered at all. If I'm paying $700 for a procedure I should have access to the technician in order to ask questions and discuss details. Vivian also constantly rescheduled my appointments so I would have to often rearrange MY schedule to be able to continue my sessions. There was almost always an excuse on her end about why she could not keep appointments with me. The procedure involved needles inserted into my legs (mainly my thighs) and left black and blue bruises on more than one occasion. At the end, I noticed that one leg is bigger than the other. I feel my legs are worse than when I began and I have yet to receive before and after pictures. I last texted Vivian on the 13th of February about the pictures and never received a response back! I am very disappointed, upset and would never recommend this location for spa/cosmetic services to anyone. In the end, I feel the people at this location were only interested in taking my money. There was no care, consideration or professionalism and I want to warn everyone not to give these crooks your money. read more
