And then retaliate charging for normal wear and tear of a house falling apart. We have pictures too. Shameful No damage was done on the property, as stated on the invoice this is normal wear and tear. Also this is a two unit property shared garage cans. With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

She spends most of the time talking about herself or her husband or her adult children. She even handed all of us their business cards 3 minutes after we started touring the condo. And after that, she asked if we were interested in renting space in her husband's building that he owns. She doesn't really care what you think about a given property or what you may want to know about it. She is only interested in self-aggrandizement. She takes forever to return communications. The negotiations were arduous and initially I thought this problem was originating from the seller but now I am pretty sure it was her that was interfering. After the seller finally accepted our offer, she tried to get us to keep moving up the closing date and when we balked, she issued veiled threats that she was going to try to cancel the deal and take one of the "back up" offers. And at the end, she reneged on one of her commitments she made in the contract, knowing that not living on-island made it nearly impossible to initiate any efforts to force her to comply. What was supposed to be an exciting and happy time for our family turned into an unnecessarily stressful and miserable experience. Real estate agents are paid to make the process easier and less stressful but in her case, she made all of that worse. She is a solo agent so not only is she awful at what she does, you don't even have a broker to complain to about her. I would never even consider buying/renting a property she represents, no matter how much I wanted or needed it and I would suggest the same for you.
