There has never ever been a dull moment at this nail spot. I always leave extremely happy with my nails. I love that if you leave the lounge and something happens to your nail, you can take a photo or come back and get it fixed. Since Rosé is located in Edgewater, the only downside is that the prices are a bit steep compared to other nail locations. Later, I received an email stating that if I declined their offer to have the entire service redone, I would be "automatically reimbursed" for the May 20 service. Because I am active-duty military currently living in Connecticut, returning to Florida for a redo is not a realistic option. After declining the redo and requesting the promised refund, I was told that they could not refund me due to their five-day policy. The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability and the conflicting information provided in writing. A business should honor the commitments it makes to customers, especially when those commitments are documented by email. I understand the salon is under new ownership and being renamed, but my experience with both the quality of the service and the customer service afterward was extremely disappointing. During my waxing, I politely told the technician she missed some small hairs on the side of my lip and asked if she could remove them with tweezers. I had my eyes closed and instead she reapplied wax without telling me and literally ripped off my skin. Not irritation, not redness, actual skin. It burned immediately and you could visibly see the damage.
