I'm nearly two months into my PT and I can tell it is making a difference. Andrew is very knowledgeable about how to challenge the vestibular system and comes up with a plethora of exercises for me. Theresa puts me through a gamut of activities as well. Both are personable and easy to get along with. In fact, all of the staff I have met have been vey nice. I definitely recommend All Star Physical Therapy.

My son is sick this morning. How am I suppose to predict 24hrs ahead of time to cancel? He said sorry we have to charge cancellation fee. I asked to speak with their manager. He then connected me to his manager named Ashley. Who told me the same thing. I was so outraged because a facility that's suppose to provide care for my kid, regardless of what's happening at home will illness, they still want to charge a $50 cancellation fee. I expressed this and the manager, Ashley, and I quote, "well I was gonna waive the $50, but now you will just receive the bill in the mail" and hung up on me. Terrible, and horrendous customer service. I will never send my kids there anymore. My son had two weeks left in his treatment and all because of $50 cancellation late fee his treatment has come to a halt due to the manager Ashley's immaturity and petty comment of how she had the "power" to waive the cancellation fee, but is not going to. Your manager is running the facility incorrectly and needs to be retrained in Customer service, because you are going to lose more customers. I will also be letting Radys know as well.

This is a long overdue review. After a pretty terrible experience at another speech therapy…read morefacility, we were grateful to check this one out. There was a waitlist, but after a couple months, we received a call that there was space available. Most of the popular times were taken, but we eventually found a schedule that worked for us. I know that there are mixed reviews about the front reception area, but from our experience, Cindy is exceptionally great at what she does. She may come off as strict, or maybe not as friendly at first, but she is the one that holds the fort down. For what she does, she needs to be that gatekeeper. She makes sure that the paperwork is there, the insurance is applicable, the schedules for all the therapists are set, the common area stays clean, there is just so much that she does that people don't realize. She is truly great, and I stand by my comment that she is a huge asset to that team. My son was in speech therapy since he was two years old. At that point, he only said one word. We started virtual therapy because of Covid, and eventually moved into a on prem therapy. When his therapist left the facility, we were heartbroken and had anxiety about what we would do. At that point he was also doing speech therapy through the public school system, but we felt like he still needed that one on one practice. His first session at Little Sprouts was with Amanda. She has a ton of energy, and unlike his other therapist, which was mostly play based, Amanda got down to business. She incorporated rewards along the way, and little incentives, but most of it was hard work. I believe we were there for about a year and a half before my son was clear to graduate. I give a lot of credit to the hard work that Amanda put in with him, the work we did at home that she recommended, and the group sessions that he had through public school. It truly takes a village. It's always difficult to see your child struggle with something that you feel might be out of your hands. It's amazing how quickly they can catch up with a lot of perseverance and focus. This facility is amazing, Amanda is an excellent therapist, and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for them! Our son has so much to say every day, and sometimes I forget how far we've come that I have to take a step back and take it all in. Thank you so much, Little Sprouts. Thank you, Amanda. Thank you, Shari! We are beyond grateful for your team and their dedication to these littles!

I was embarrassed to be ref'd for Cognitive Rehab at the time. But, Jim Davis treated me so kindly and skillfully with a series of weekly sessions in which I improved tremendously. Unfortunately, my car was hit again while I was turning left on a green light in Feb of 2021. Although the neurology office I have been seeing again recommended Cognitive Rehab, once again for my re-activated concussion, it has been made much too difficult and stressful to work with that particular neurology office. Since I don't know where else to go and transfer my case,, it seems that I will not be able to get any of the tremendous help that Jim provided me with the last time. I dearly need it and only wish I could because it was invaluable to my recovery. In the meantime, to anyone else referred for Cognitive Rehab, I'd like to say, don't be embarassed like I was at first. There's nothing to be ashamed of. Jim Davis is a super- specialist at what he does, is compassionate and highly skilled, His accessment and treatment will help you tremendously. And, the homework treatment is actually fun after awhile!

I had tried PT several times in the past, and never got any help from the one-size-fits-all, one part at a time approach. I was reluctant to try this place for that reason, but I am sure glad I did. Jim and his staff's approach is completely different. They look at your functioning as a whole, and work towards retraining your body to work with your mind. The staff is amazing-- kind, considerate and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients health and recovery, and treat everyone with respect and compassion. We are really lucky to have this place in Temecula.

My 5-year-old son's tolerance to new foods and textures developed significantly during the past 7 months he's worked with her in "food school." I had wanted to work with someone familiar with the SOS method taught by the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing Disorder in Colorado, and Amanda was one of the few in the Bay Area with this training. She brings to the table many other OT/feeding treatment methods too, and she continually educates herself on the latest. We have worked with several feeding therapists, and Amanda is one of the best out there. She has a natural, easygoing, playful temperament that made my son feel safe and adventurous in trying out food challenges. Our son has developed flexibility in drinking out of different cups, is able to handle sticky/wet foods much better, and has taken his first bites out of sandwiches--this was huge for us. What I especially appreciated about Amanda is that she had a big-picture plan of where she wanted our son's development to go (with our input), so that the foods/themes proceeded along logically from session to session, which made it conducive for our son to learn and assimilate more effectively and quickly. (It is common for feeding therapists to take an adhoc approach from week to week.) My family is grateful to have found Amanda, and are sure that her new family-clients in Colorado will be extraordinarily lucky to work with her.
