This was always a very uncomfortable place to visit. While I can't speak much about the therapist directly, the front desk staff consistently made the experience unpleasant. They often came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made each visit more stressful than it needed to be. I didn't leave a review sooner, but now that my mom will no longer be going there, I felt it was important to share our experience. Customer service sets the tone for any medical office, and unfortunately, this one fell short. If you have other options, I would strongly recommend considering a different physical therapy center. read more

Monday, 11-18-2024: Continuing PT here for my right arm & shoulder. I love the staff here. I don't see the same person each time but everybody is so friendly and professional. Each subsequent session is improving my range of motion. This place is so spacious and kept very clean. This location is ideal since it's only 10 minutes from my home. Olivia is an excellent therapist who really cares for the patients and their wellbeing. Unfortunately to my knowledge they have to focus on the patients injuries as claimed and that's it. Focusing on my injured right knee and ignoring the left, left me like massaging only my girlfriend's left foot after eight hours of delivering mail. read more

I hit the jackpot with Natasha as my physical therapist for my torn rotator cuff. My injury was borderline surgery so I opted to try PT 1st. 3 weeks in and my mobility really started improving. I have also been doing exercises at home on off days under her guidance. At 2 months my mobility was back to almost normal and at 3 months now I am back in the pool swimming. The quality of the care from the entire team is amazing. Office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. read more

Facility is amazing. They really do care about you and your well being, progress moving forward. I want to continue with more gratitude for us, but last few experiences in parking made me omit the wonderful care experienced here for us. Sadly I only gave 4 instead of 5 to limited parking situation that exists and the many times I struggled to find parking. In the photos, the woman who apparently is a patient who doesn't care to park correctly instead of thinking of her selfish ways. That parking filled up fast and she's done it last 3 times I've been there- guessing we have same appointment times. If the facility would have more handicap park for those of us struggling more disabled, it would be a better experience and people like her can continue to park selfishly but at least there would be more handicap spaces for those of us in need. And maybe a reminder that more people are taking photos & videos capturing your actions, maybe you'll reconsider how you park like a jerk. read more

All star physical therapy on Temecula Parkway has been my place for therapy. I had total knee replacement surgery and 3 days after the surgery I was in physical therapy. The staff at this location goes far and beyond in customer service. The front desk is always welcoming and very helpful. I work with Amanda and Roy. These two therapist have been great helping me get back on my feet. They are both sensitive to my pain and very encouraging to my success. I'm greeted with professional and niceness. They both work together to provide a positive program for me to improve my mobility and are my biggest cheerleaders. They push me when I feel like I don't want to work with positive energy. 5 star all the way around from the office to all the therapists. Office always returned my calls to the super friendly therapists as soon as i came in, My son had reconstructive surgery on his knee. Roy is simply the best. He went out of his way, never rushing to get the session over with. Interacting not only w/ my son but w/ me. Explaining how injuries occur. What to watch out for and exercises to prevent/ reduce future injuries. He played sports himself in college, so he speaks from experience, not just word knowledge. Great PT! I started treatment here Feb 16, 2022. The difference in my body is significant. I had pain everywhere - shoulders, hips, lower back. I was having trouble walking, getting up from a seated position, and struggling with several activities of daily living. I am now back to walking 5,000 to 8,000 steps a day, 5-7 times a week with no difficulty. Special thanks to my caring, competent and cheerful team: Andrew and Johnny. Rude rude rude!!!! I scheduled my son to have speech therapy. When they called to confirm, they pushed his appointment back from 2:30 to 3 pm. When I checked in at 3 pm, the rude receptionist told me you're late, so you will be seen, but it will be very short. I explained what happened, and the receptionist said, "No, that's not what happened. Fill this out." I decided not to make a scene and sat down to fill out the paperwork. Then, the rude receptionist came up to me a moment later and said, "Give me that (took my clipboard). You're not being seen today. I will reschedule you." She did this in front of two other patients. I told her it was obviously a miscommunication, and it's not okay to mistreat people over it and that I would not be back. I wanted to slap her so badly. Don't take your family here. Worst customer service I can imagine! I was sent a text to make an appointment, I responded to the text and, for two weeks, never received a call. I went to the facility and was told it was an issue with central scheduling and it wasn't their fault. Well, if it was my company, and I used central scheduling, I would think it was my fault. I would never have a receptionist tell clients it wasn't their fault. Terrible attitude and I will not use a company that won't take responsibility for their business plan and then have the receptionist tell a potential client that this location gets blamed for something for which they are not responsible. read more

David is super kind and knowledgeable- our son injured his elbow and was no longer able to touch his shoulder, David clearly explained what was going on and gave us exercises to do at home to help. Our son is ultra shy and was really worried it would hurt - David did a great job explaining what he was doing, why, and ensuring our little guy was comfortable. I really can't say much about this place. I never even stepped into it. That's because my doctor referred me to them. I called them up 3 times and left a message for them to call me back. I also left an email, which was provided to me on their website. I got the referral on Sept 8th and hear it is Sept 16th and I have still not heard a thing. Therapist here are very attentive, knowledgeable and patient. There is plenty of room for several patients. There are televisions for patients to watch to help take our minds off the discomfort we are in. My therapist name is Andrew and he is very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. He always has tips and suggestions on my plan of action for healing of my injury. Receptionist here are very kind and thoughtful.
