I've spent months growing out my layers, researching hair style images, and looking forward to this appointment to rock a new style. But instead, I left my appointment with face framing layers that were too short and not blended well into the ends. I believe my stylist tried to fix this by thinning the ends which ended up making me look like I have a bob with a long tail. Very upsetting, I've lost the thickness and shape at the ends of my hair which I cared for. I do want to say that when I called, Giovanni's was very responsive in refunding me.
