The hairstylist really took care of my concerns was attentive to what I wanted. Loved my hair color and the trim was like I wanted not her suggestion. I like 100% when a hairstylist listens! I have been coming back here so much because the ladies know how to make my hair styled and cut they way I want! I show them reference photos of what I am looking for and then my hair comes out looking beautiful! I usually get a wash, cut, and sometimes styled which totals between ($20-$25). I prefer Leslie as my hair stylist as she takes her time and she keeps asking me questions until I am satisfied with my hair. Very nice staff, however I noticed they don't clean their razors after each cut. I think I got a cyst infection after coming here. Also this place seriously needs a sign in sheet or something to help keep track of who is waiting. People just walk in and wait until they think they're next. Had been bringing my Mom here because of how close the salon is to my parent's house. Was not impressed at how the stylist took a client when my Mom's hair was processing with hair color. Considering the fact that she waited nearly an hour with the color in her hair while the stylist took another color to do. Decided to over look it and brought her back again a couple of months later this time for a perm. We specified that she wanted a body wave and did not need small rods. What she got was fried hair with the ends bent and the stylist had the gall to argue with my Mom and myself stating that that what was requested. A bad perm with bent ends? I came in asking for a simple curl, however, I specifically came in to get my hair professionally curled because I knew my hair is heavy and will fall out within minutes I had a photoshoot and wanted to make them last. While making the appointment I made this known and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Once I arrived I was in the middle of explaining how my hair falls out quickly to my stylist when she cut me off by turning the blowdryer on (which is super rude I was in the middle of talking). During the actual styling no product (not even a heat protectant) was put into my hair until the very end where she just lightly sprayed hairspray. I left and within the 15 min it took me to go home my hair was already flat with no curls. I called the salon and explained how my hair had already fallen out and I got transferred to 3 different people before they told me to call back in 5 min. I called back and instead of them offering to fix it they just said come in for the refund. I didn't have time to come back in that second because I had to redo my hair for the photoshoot. I came in the same day after the photoshoot and the owner refused to give me the refund she previously said she would give me because I didn't come in earlier (the time frame in which I had to come in was never specified) stating "you hair was curly before you left." All other negative reviews demonstarte the owner never taking accountability and always blaming the customer. Overall horrible experience with no accountability, time lost, and money lost. read more

I came here just to get a medium brown color, but it turns out that the color was not even.. my roots are so light and the rest was still the same (to my natural hair color) so the lady has to redo it again. I'm so upset and disappointed and she still charge me 100$ (80$ for the color that I didn't like plus 20$ for the full blow dry) the second color that she puts in my roots was chocolate brown and it is ugly, now I have to look for another hair salon where they can fix it. I don't usually like to say bad things about a business but I'm just really disappointed, still I gave her a tip of 10$. I came here yesterday for a haircut and have never felt so DISAPPOINTED from a haircut ever. I asked for a regular trim and a face frame. No layers, just a straight trim. I didn't get the name of the girl who cut my hair which I really regret but anyways, she walked me to the back and was going to wash my hair. I said "oh no need to wash my hair, I just showered" and she said she still needed to at least wet my hair and that she was going to dry it anyways when she was done. This seemed a bit strange but I said ok, assuming she knew what she was doing. She takes about an HOUR cutting my hair and when it came time to do the face frame she had no idea what I was talking about. She ended up giving me long bangs!! I spent about 10 mins trying to explain to her what a face frame is and she still didn't understand. She then asked me if I wanted my hair dried and I said yes. I mean my hair was soaked, it was as if I had gotten out of the shower. She then takes ANOTHER HOUR to dry my hair. All of this while YENI THE OWNER is watching. She was right next to us the entire time and kept looking over as her stylist was messing up my hair. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. When it was finally over we went to the register where she charged me $45 !!!! She said it was 25 for a cut and 20 to DRY MY HAIR. Again, YENI IS LOOKING OVER AND LISTENING and doesn't say a word. I asked if prices went up as I usually pay $25 and always leave a generous tip. And she said no, this is what it is. So I decided I would pay and just NEVER come back. As I'm driving home I decided to call and ask again about the pricing hoping they would reconsider. Yeni answers the phone and I politely tell her I was just there and had a question about the price. Before I could even finish talking she cuts me off and is like "yeah yeah yeah" she then says that she knew that the stylist charged me wrong and that its 35-40$ for a haircut if you have long hair. Mind you, my hair is NOT that long. So she said to me, "come back and I'll give you your 5 dollars". The most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and RIDICULOUS owner I've met. If your running a business and see your employee overcharging someone, why wouldn't you step in before the customer leaves the salon? Im usually a very patient and polite but this just wasn't sitting right with me. I had to go to work but after that phone call I decided to go back. Yeni had stepped out and they said if I wanted to I could sit down and wait for her for about 30 minutes until she came back. I thought to myself ABSOLUTELY NOT. So I decided they can keep the $5 and I'll just never recommend or return here again. Bad job, rude service, and very expensive for a trim if you ask me. read more

Luckily the person that was suppose to come in at 1 for his appointment did not show up, they were ok to take me. The cut came out amazing. Leslie, the one the cut my hair did a amazing job. Even when I actually move my head and she left bald spot in my head, she immediately fixed it on the spot. She was apologizing but she did not have to since I was the one that should be apologizing since I moved. Alittle bit pricey than you usual see at other places but if you want good hair cut quality with respectable customer service and will do your hair however you like and will tell you ways good for your hair or not, come to this place.
