So when I say this assistant manager DelaneyM knew her stuff on these products I'm not joking she does. When you start to walk into the store you see a lot of lingerie and Stilettos. We also got these N****e nibbles which came in different flavors we decided to get 3 flavors which were sour raspberry, watermelon, peach. The panties were 5 for $20 mix and match so we decided to get some sexy ones. Katie (I think she is an assistant manager?) is really knowledgeable about products. I initially came in to just peruse outfits and was impressed by her knowledge about the more personal items. The boutique is clean, well-lit, not shady feeling at all. Huge selection of shoes compared to a lot of the Portland shops. I've seen employees here literally hurl batteries across the floor of the shop, walk around disheveled and dressed in a stained tank top clearly not appropriate for work, and generally demonstrate a clear disregard for customers. It is clear they do not value the merchandise or themselves very highly. Most of the clothing is very cheap, and the cost reflects the value. I would definitely recommend this place! The store is incredibly clean, well organized, and well lit. The displays are set up nicely and the price tags on most things are easily visible. The girls there are so incredibly helpful and friendly. Faith at the Silverton Road location is an angel of an employee, she was more than willing to help me out, and was humorous while doing so. I asked about a couple of products and she took them out of their packaging for me and told me about their pros and cons. I recently moved back to Seattle but when I came back to Salem to visit I made a point to visit the store all the times my friends and I have been in the store the employees were always friendly, knowledgeable and fun. When my friend (who has never been in ) arrived the employee was in the restroom which was no biggie people need to use the restroom it was when she came out we were never greeted, asked if we had any questions or needed help and hung out at the counter with a gentleman who was either her boyfriend or husband writing a letter I was so disappointed and when we were finished shopping we asked about the product we were going to purchase she had no knowledge about it.
