I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. Frank came to my home to assess the issue, and I was charged $309 due to weekend service surcharges. I have a newborn baby at home, so being without heat was not an option. Before Frank left, the furnace appeared to be working, but the same issue returned later that day. I contacted the company again on Sunday and was instructed to reset the furnace and told a technician would return Monday. The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. I later requested a refund but was only issued a partial credit for a humidifier pad. My furnace was never properly repaired, and the lack of follow-up or accountability after I had already reached out multiple times is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the incomplete service and poor communication.

If you don't go through with a repair, then they will keep the $50. It would rather stink to pay $50, have them come out and then the price is way more than other estimates that I've already received and then I'm out $50 and have to still pay additional money for someone else to do it? No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.
