I can always count on this flower shop for having beautiful, affordable arrangements for any occasion. The two ladies who manage the shop are quick, friendly and very accommodating. You get a small card and carrying box with each arrangement so you can set your arrangement in your car without worrying about it tipping over. The arrangements are always different, showcasing a variety of flowers and designs. I always look forward to seeing their latest creations. They have a customer for life. read more

Went here to pick up some flowers for my friend as this was the highest rated / closest store near me. It's a small flower shop and while their service was very good, when I went, there wasn't really that much selection to choose from. This has always been my go to place when a family's birthday comes up. Unfortunately these past times I've visited the store I have not felt welcomed. They lack a lot of customer service, they don't smile or try to make small talk. They charge you with a flat face and it's just awkward. read more

My husband got me Valentine's Day flowers here for the first time on Sunday and by Tuesday (2 days later and actual Valentine's Day), the roses on one side of the bouquet were already dying! I was shocked, out of all the years he's gotten me flowers, they have never wilted in two days, not even ones from Albertsons! I came here last year to get yellow roses for a banquet and I really like how pretty and fresh they looked! I remember buying them fore a really good price so I came back again for grad flowers. They normally don't combine bouquets but they were kinda enough to combine two into one bundle for me! The service here is so great! The flowers were gorgeous! 2nd Valentine's day purchasing flowers here and I will never go anywhere else!!! Employees were very helpful even with all the chaos going on and the rush of people going in nonstop! I've gone in for other occasions in which the flowers are even cheaper but being that this is such a busy day/week for them and the prices for them go up, I still cannot believe how affordable everything was! So just about everyone is on a budget these days. My money saving excursion for Mother's Day flowers started online. I had found what I thought was the perfect bouquet with this cute pitcher for a vase. One large bouquet and 2 mylar balloons later, I was looking at paying $130!! I couldn't bring myself to do it, and granted my Mom deserves that and much, much more. I decided to do some searching on yelp and found Evelyn's Flower Shop. I remembered I had seen this place just open up and thought I should really cut out the middle man. Plus, I'm all about helping local and small businesses. I'm so happy I did!!! They were so sweet and attentive to what I was looking for. I even showed them the picture of what I was originally going to order and they had the exact same pitcher vase I had fallen in love with. I got balloons and a bouquet, plus delivery for $45!! My Mom was so happy when she got her flowers today. They were beautiful and great quality! My family and I are looking for flowers sprays for my Uncle's funeral next month. I messaged this business on their Instagram a couple days ago asking questions about doing a custom arrangement and pricing. The last thing I messaged was, "I'll be in this weekend or the next to place and pay for my order." I received a, "Thank you". Fast forward to today, me and my family walk in and tell one of the girls in the shop that we'd like to place an order for funeral flowers. She asked the date, I replied with March 12th and she says that they're not taking future orders. She doesn't have her book to take future orders and they're only taking orders for Valentines Day. Im not going to make a fuss about this as I understand the shop may be overwhelmed with Valentine's Day orders- I get it. So I said, "ok " and was on my way out when she said, "we have an instagram-" and I said, "yeah I know- I messaged someone to tell them I'd be in this weekend or the next. They didn't say anything about not asking future orders. It's fine, I'll just go somewhere else." It would've been helpful if the person corresponding with me on IG told me this before I made the drive from Palm Springs to Chino. (It's over an hour). I obviously won't be using them. The 2 stars are for the funeral sprays we could've received. And plus, no one was rude to me, so they deserve more than one star *shrugs* read more

If I could give negative stars, I would! I placed an order on Friday 3/31/18 to be delivered on 4/1/18... My FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!! I paid up front and said that it needed to be there as early as possible. The girl said that they didn't open till 10am so she would leave a note to have them delivered soon after. I said great, paid her and that was that. Fast forward to this morning (4/1/18) 10 am... no flowers... 10:15... no flowers... 11 am... no flowers... noon... no flowers. WTF are they doing over there?! I get it, it's Easter Sunday. Don't accept my order if you couldn't handle it. Call me to let me know if you foresee a problem. So then I call and someone, I'm assuming young, answers and clearly cannot handle an upset customer so I have to ask to speak to someone who actually works there more than just on the weekends. A lady answers and has no clue what order I'm talking about. No record of my name or order. Am I fucking crazy?! Was I fried on shrooms and walk into nowhere and blabber about some flowers, leave money on a floor and leave?!?! Thanks for being a part of my first wedding anniversary in the worst way possible. Please do not buy from this place, the young light skin girl there is horrible. She had a bad attitude like there is not another flower shop on the world. She over charged my elderly mom and treated her like she was stupid. I believe this is a family business and I always buy from small business but in this case I will never support this business again! I buy flowers from here every week to take to the cemetery for my dad and on his bday and anniversaries I spend over $150 to $200 dollars never again! I've been to this flower shop a couple of times and I've had nothing, but positive experiences. We were in search of funeral pieces for my father's funeral and their prices just couldn't be beat!! We got a package deal for the same cost we would've paid at the funeral home for just A casket spray! We showed Evelyn just what we wanted and she made it happen. I also went in looking for an arrangement for a house warming party and Andy was very helpful. He helped me pick out the perfect plant for my friend's new home. She offered to fix it but I had to drive the flowers back to her and I'm not local to her home where she runs her business. I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment.
