Something about that thoughtful check-in stayed with me, and we picked up right where we had left off. We used Priyam services only for stage decoration . I gave her a high-level vision for the stage, and about two weeks before the event, we spent nearly an hour and a half discussing every detail. I had a few décor pieces of my own that I wanted to incorporate, and Manju took the time to understand exactly what I was bringing. She carefully designed the stage so that everything blended beautifully, with nothing looking out of place. She also made time for a site visit, patiently walking through the auditorium with me, studying the stage, lighting, and overall setup. On the rehearsal day, her team arrived well ahead of schedule with everything they needed. They quietly waited while our rehearsal was in progress, never interrupting, and once the stage was available, they worked efficiently until everything was complete. The next morning, when I walked into the auditorium at 10 a.m., the stage was ready. It was absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't just beautiful--it was exactly what I had envisioned. Every detail reflected our discussions, and there were no surprises or unwanted deviations. What impressed me even more was the thoughtfulness she brought to the process. Without us ever discussing it, she provided elegant covers for the musicians' risers so they blended seamlessly with the stage décor. Well this company rents them separately, but at no point made us aware of this. They have an after hours "Emergency Line" that we called over 30 times and the owners answer to me was " we answer the emergency phone the other 51 weeks of the year, this week we didn't", We that didn't help when I had to have people running up and down the street using neighbors ovens to try and serve warm food. The Smug owner then said, well I wont charge you for the proofing box. When asked how he was going to compensate me for having to hire neighborhood kids to run food all over the pace to warm it up, he said I'm not charging you for the proofing box (that i couldn't even use) and that's it. Do yourself a favor, and use a better company then this. This guy is a joke, and doing business that way, it shows

I'll review this in four areas: the equipment, the backoffice service, setup, and breakdown. Rented equipment: The actual rented stuff was excellent: great condition, solid pieces. Exactly as expected and suited our needs perfectly, working within our budget. Backoffice: In deciding what we needed, they have always been great, and their advice "spot-on." Their internal team is great at communicating with calls to confirm when set up and break down would be, and flexible to our needs. Plus the three people I talked to over the period of time were really nice. Set-up: So easy. Explained what they were doing, put the tent exactly where I marked (and had to really fight against rocks to do so!), and were really nice but didn't stick around talking forever Break-down: Also REALLY easy, and very fast. Again, guys were really nice but not chatty in a way that got me stuck talking. From soup to nuts these guys rocked it. Having a backyard party for 100 people is stressful, but knowing that A Party Pleasing Rental took care of us was a big stress reliever! We'll keep using them and will highly recommend them!

What a lovely choice for this month being that the new mermaid movie was soon to be playing. There's sufficient parking on premise. Once you enter and check in, child is given the option to borrow a princess dress and shoes. We opted for our own mermaid tutu dress before arriving. Yet all their dresses and shoes came in different sizes and every child that picked them looked so cute. Children were then guided to a table where they colored a mermaid card stock sheet that will later be converted into a souvenir with Ariel and my child's picture for keepsake. How cute!! As kids colored, there was someone doing glitter tattoos. Ariel then read a storybook to all. Ariel then guided everyone to a back room. As you walked in the entire room was decorated with details towards an Ariel theme. The sandwich options were yummy! I enjoyed their cucumber sandwich. My child liked seeing her sandwiches cut into shapes such as a butterfly. She also enjoyed serving her own "tea", option of apple juice or pink lemonade. We then transitioned back to the coloring station to continue coloring and took individual pictures with Ariel. This was followed by dessert where kids got to decorate a cupcake before eating it.
