The day before my party I called because I wanted to know time of delivery. I was advised that because my order was under $150 they would not deliver and i had to go to their office to pick up. On their website under their policies it clearly says there is a minimum rental of $100 for delivery which I met. The person I was speaking with advised me that he was going to see what he could do to get the items delivered that day (Friday) because "he did not want to work on Saturday" and "wanted to stay home and watch TV". He never called me back and I had to scramble to find another company that could accommodate me. Not sure if this is a new owner or if they are going out of business or something but I would avoid using them. Would give them zero stars if this form let me.

Amaris had all the patience in the world answering all my questions and concerns, even at the last minute she was able to resolve some extra requests I had. Her and the girls that came to set up the balloon arches, bunches and wooden cut outs were sooooo sweet, they even gave me positive motivation after it was thundering before the party. Thank God it didn't rain but the girls kept me grounded while they were there. I rented a 20x20 tent, wooden carnival cuts (which are so adorable and for any age range, including a picture prop to take pictures), pop corn machine, cotton candy machine, hot dog stand which were all well kept and so adorable for our theme, tables and chairs. The cake table was the eye piece of it all with the table linen to match the theme and she brought me the name banners for our girls that were centered to hang on the cake table. I also arranged to have a party entertainer Eugenia which dressed up as a ring master and played exciting games with the kids (age range from 4-11 years old) and made balloon animals. I also arranged with her a photographer that came to take pictures during our celebration. Honestly that was the best money spent, we did not have to worry about capturing any special moments which we could have missed while hosting the party. She took care of it all taking shots of the decorations, kids, guests.... everything. She was here for 3 hours, she was so sweet with all the kids and guests and wasn't in a rush even after her time was up, she lets us sing happy birthday and captured those pictures as well. After the party was over when Amaris and her team came to pick up the main items I was already speaking to her about planning the next party for December. She was sooooo awesome to work with. I never had a set party rental place I would use but I have definitely found the one. I would truly recommend her and her company to anyone after our great experience. She was recommended to me by a random person on Facebook and I am thankful they did. Even though planning a party is hectic, Amaris and her team made everything else just work out so smoothly. He provided updates that morning with phone calls, and FaceTime calls to ensure everything was setup properly. He also made last minute adjustments for us due to weather. We spoke to 20+ rental companies in the area and we chose HERA Rentals because they offered us exactly what we needed: great prices, attention to detail, and a hands on approach.They did a great job and did not disappoint! Calvin was always available for a phone call, quick response to our emails, and was willing to work with us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend them for any wedding or event!

I am so happy I chose The Party Place. The food was delicious!!! I thought I wouldn't eat at my wedding because I wanted to look good in my white dress, but I couldn't pass this up. Also, they send me a picture of an arch and I actually loved that idea instead but the arch I got was nowhere near the picture they sent me. Then the assistant who was the person that came to build my arch sends me another sample of an arch she did and I loved even more that idea and when she tells me how much the price will be for that arch, I tell her well thats what I paid already actually so I tell her to do that instead but then she says its actually more than what I paid so increases the price more. I declined and just went back with the first option at this point. On the day, the lady should have arrived even earlier to finish before the party time not at the party time, if you know it takes longer to build and do a good job then pick an earlier time. I feel like not enough balloons were added to cover the pole and the bottom end that holds the arch nothing was added to cover them and they were scratched up, old and exposed, I didn't like that. At the end of the day, the lady couldn't make it back to the park and asked me to disassemble the arch with the tubes and the vases and pick it up take it to my house. The following day after I contacted her in the afternoon and asked her are you coming today to pick up everything, she finally did. Overall everything just felt like a mess, a bad experience, unorganized, bad time management, should've put more work on her arch to make it look nicer.
