I am in the events world and utilize RMW regularly! A few things I love: 1) They offer VERY competitive pricing for their products. ($19 for uplights? Yes, please!) 2) They have a vast range of products and seem to be constantly expanding with new trends that pop up. 3) Their products are not only affordable but amazing quality. I have rented uplights (both with wires and wireless) and they are top of the line. (They also ship them fully charge.) I've also used their gobos & pipe and drapes. All come with easy-to-read instructions and take little effort to set up. 4) Being that I work with vendors regularly, I am a huge advocate when it comes to good customer service. I have never had a bad experience with anyone I've spoken with via phone or their instant chat feature on their site. They are not only knowledge and efficient, but just genuinely nice people. In today's world, I feel like most of the time you get tired workers who sound like they are on autopilot. RMW employees always are upbeat and sooo willing to help. 5) RMW is flexible when you need them to be. I was in a pinch and didn't think I would be able to make the return date on my products due to a few factors of my event. RMW gave me a courtesy extension without issue. 6) They make the return so easy with the return mailing label in the box. Also, with some companies it's sometimes s a pain trying to figure out of an item was originally packaged. No with RMW. Never had any issues. Ever. I seriously love them. If I knew about them when I got married I would have said soo much $$$. All in all, Rent My Wedding is one of my favorite vendors to work with. A+. read more

RentMyWedding is AWESOME! Our Youth Ministry has rented several of their COB Cannon LED Black Light units for some special events over the last couple of years and each time the units have arrived nearly a week early! The lights functions perfectly and as advertised and are FAR superior to florescent-bulb-type fixtures. Repackaging for shipment after the event was very simple. Best of all, I have not found a better price ANYWHERE for these particular black light units - even locally. No experience with any other products or services, but so far, I've been very pleased. My only encounter with customer care involved requesting a new return shipping label after I lost one, and the agent was helpful and informative. Definitely recommend! read more

I rented wireless lighting and a pro gobo and they all worked perfectly. Everything arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. They also included easy to follow instructions as well as return shipping labels. I rent the wireless uplights twice a year for our Homecoming and Prom and it's so easy and reliable. The lights get there early, they always work, and I schedule a UPS pick up to ship it back. One time I forgot the charger cords and they told me to just ship them back the next time I rented from them. No charge and no problems. Rented several of the wired uplights with 10ft power cords. Received them on time (early actually) and all were in working order. Very easy to set to the desired color. They didnt provide as much color as I was hoping, but that may have been due to the location. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more
