I don't even know what to say or even describe my experience with this company!!!…read more I started with them back in 2019 and it was maybe the best two months of my life with any catering experience I was traveling all over the place I was getting gigs back to back I barely got any sleep but it was worth it I was traveling to so many places within New York City I didn't even know existed despite my experience with Natural History Museum cause of the inside access from a great friend of mine and also a current employee it's way bigger than it appears we went to places with Syracuse, New Jersey, and Long Island we had gigs locally and far away distance we visited so many amazing venues, dining halls, and museums so many clubs I'll never know about cause I won't be able to get in cause I'm not classy enough according to society. I will say that this company really care about their employees whenever some people was missing some things to their uniform they always had extras whether missing a tie, vest, or even a bow tie they had your back also the managers were mostly cool as well but they were still very on top of things. This is the first catering company I've ever worked for with consistent work I couldn't even not look at my phone or email for just accepting or rejecting a gig I did more accepting than rejecting of gigs eventually I was burned out and there were times I needed to rest but whenever I could I always accepted an event. Two years ago I would've went back to work for them but when COVID-19 in 2020 it hit bad and screwed up a lot of employees!!!! it's crazy how much COVID-19 has turned our lives off upside down and screwed up a lot of others plans especially mine of getting my own place and keep going strong with the job but for the time being an employee of theirs I enjoyed it a lot I was really happy to even be at work that was the first time in years I actually enjoyed being at work and I was real happy because of the experience and people mostly the setup of how everything was I was just loss for words when it came down to this job I was blessed to even get it at the time cause I was in a real down on my luck emotion and money was needed right away cause rent was needed. At Your Service Staffing is the the first ever Catering company that I worked for that was consistent with work for the employees they had calendar schedule of events and what ever you chose to do you either accepted or rejected the work assignment (that's what they called it). Honestly if I could give this company a higher rating I would cause I definitely loved working for this company and wish everyday desperately to return if everything is opening up again while in NYC than I will be going back to work for them cause they are the definition of At Your Service.

I considered Craigslist but was afraid of who I might get in our home so instead called Model Bartenders and they asked me all the right questions to make me feel at ease. Marc was attentive, through and quick and made me feel like he cared about our event and making it successful. I thought since they were models they might be above pitching in to help (replenishing ice at the bar, clearing dishes, cleaning up) but was so wrong - these guys were GREAT and went above and beyond my expectations. Didn't hurt that they were very easy on the eye!! The fun part was picking the two models for the party - they have a great roster of really attractive folks. Aside from that I didn't know what to expect but they were there on time and dressed professionally and worked so hard all evening. One of the guys was Tommy was AMAZING! He was attentive, smart and was thinking of how to help run the party successfully. They both helped at every stage from prep to cleanup so they made our night easy. Dano works with several different venues (see their site) and then coordinates all of the particulars from the venue rental and working with their individual management to catering, A/V and pretty much anything else you could want. We had the fortune of working with Michele at Dano, and she was terrific. Available to answer many, many questions over the months of planning this event took, and was way ahead of us all on-site. She also provided an excellent, courteous and effective wait, catering and bar staff and her recommendation for the A/V was spot-on. I'd hire Michele again in a second to put together any five-star event in NYC.
