The bathrooms are small, but clean. There's a bar in the front. Small parking lot on the side - but you can always park on a side street if need be. He worked really well with us and our wedding planner as well. On our big day, he was very helpful, understanding and eased our nerves with how many unexpected changes that came throughout the day. He was also very understanding and accommodating with our family's cultural needs. The food was also amazing. He worked extensively with us to make the best menu possible for our guests. We were so impressed when we had our taste test it was almost hard to eliminate the options. Definitely go with the steak and fried onions! Also, the salmon with sweet potato was amazing and made me really like mashed sweet potatoes. One thing I was worried about was the smell of the fresh mulch outside during our visits but thankfully, that was not a problem during our actual wedding day! The venue came with my very own bridal attendant, Breanna who was very knowledgeable and learned how to bustle both of my dresses on her own without my asking, which i was very impressed with! I'm so grateful for her in making the day run so smoothly and someone to chill with when I had a moment to myself. Overall, the venue was amazing. The carpets smelled so bad that I genuinely started feeling dizzy while setting up for my bride. The loading dock is right by the dumpster area, and the smell back there is overwhelming. There was garbage juice trailing from the dumpster area toward the kitchen where they prepare the food, which was honestly shocking to see. The entire area looked neglected and unsanitary. The vendor entrance hallway had two fly traps that were completely covered in dead flies and looked like they hadn't been changed in a very long time. It was disgusting. What bothered me even more than the cleanliness was how the staff treated vendors. We were treated like second-class citizens. I was told I wasn't allowed to use the main bathroom and had to go all the way to the basement instead. I've worked at many venues and have never experienced separate bathrooms based on whether you're a vendor or a guest. I also got lectured for arriving 30 minutes late to set up, even though it had absolutely no impact on the event and the party wasn't starting for another six hours. Despite having plenty of time, we were constantly rushed throughout setup. The entire experience felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. They made sure to remind every vendor exactly where we stood. If you're looking for a similar venue, save yourself the headache and book Greentree Country Club instead. The staff is welcoming and respectful, the venue is spotless, the views are beautiful, and the overall experience is everything Surf's Club should strive to be. I won't be returning to Surf's Club, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

After asking over and over finally close to 6 pm the dj n vendor were allowed to placed their products and equipment and the bottom of the steps. Smh. Now when reaching the venue after 6 to begin set up nothing was prepared just chairs and tables. No chafer sets to put food out nothing. I will not recommend this venue to a soul. Lisa in my opinion speaks stern and very rude. Reaching out to her is difficult because you receive responses later. New management would not be a bad idea. Our wedding was for 55 guests, with an indoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour and indoor ballroom. Again, 100% PERFECTION. Me and my husband were running a few minutes late and Maxime opened the bar to help us to keep our guests in good shape. We wanted to broadcast the ceremony to some friends abroad, and they were extremely cooperative, putting all their resources to accommodate our requests. We also had live music (salsa) and our band needed to set up the stage and Maxime´s team support was essential and extremely professional. Gisselle also provided some tips and suggestions that were key to elevate our experience. There are not enough words to express how grateful our experience was on our wedding day. Actually, since we were running late, Maxime gave us an extra 30 minutes courtesy to have our final dance at no extra cost. The fact that our guest could smoke outside and that the team added a firepit and some heaters as it was a little chilly outside provided the warm touch for the evening. Our guests are still highly IMPRESSED almost one week after our event. The place is cozy, chic. It´s EVERYTING! The layout, the elegance, the lights, the windows, the wine and cocktail selection, the staff (round of applause to Gina), the environment... One of our guest required disability accommodation, and Atmosfera provided an elevator with a staff member to assist at all times. Payment wise, totally worthy!
