When I informed the owner, Sylvia, her only response was, "Can you tell the driver when he pickup to put them a side thank you". I also asked for a partial refund for the unusable chairs (about 25% of them), but she refused and only offered an $8 credit toward a future rental. That completely misses the point--this is about client safety and accountability, not a small discount. They are lucky we didn't pursue legal action. This is more than bad customer service--it's a liability waiting to happen. The fact that they're still renting out broken equipment is unacceptable and dangerous. Think twice before doing business with them. They're unsafe, unprofessional, and couldn't care less about their customers. I will never use their services again.
