Julia was our coordinator but her partner, Stephanie was also there on our wedding day and both were fabulous. We planned our whole wedding with 165 guests in only 5 months. We got married 7/8 at the Bahia, and they required us to hire a day of planner. Where to even begin except to say: YOU NEED TO HIRE EVENTS INSPIREDD! Julia was our day of coordinator and we couldn't have imagined needing her so much not just physically to help set things up, but also emotionally! As a bride, it is so reassuring to know that you have someone who has all eyes on the entire event (including your groom, family and friends!). And as a grooms you want someone who can keep your bride calm and happy--going through the wedding planning process there are so many emotions that arise for each couple. For us it was that my (the Bride) mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I felt it was extremely important to have a coordinator who would be understanding, compassionate and extra attentive to my family's emotional needs on the day. Julia did this beautifully allowing each of us to have a our special moments and making sure we had tissues available .In addition to being a great source of calm for us, Julia was also extremely detailed and throughout the planning process. We got married on 8/12/16, and my husband and I have both said over and over again that hiring Stephanie as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made. If we could do it all over again, we would have used her for the entire wedding planning process, not just for the day-of. We were sure about a lot of the details we wanted, but clueless about other things. Stephanie was so instrumental in making sure every detail was accounted for- even things we never would have thought about. She met with us in person when we got closer to the wedding day to help us create a timeline for the wedding and go over all of our vendor contracts. She answered endless emails from us, and was always quick to respond. Stephanie coordinated our dress rehearsal, and our bridal party and parents were all commenting on how helpful and organized she was. Our photographer fell through at the last minute and Stephanie reached out right away to other photographers, and that same day she told me three of them got back to her and were willing to help us out- wow that saved us a lot of extra stress of having to find someone who was available a week before our wedding. Everything worked out great with the one we ended up choosing. We knew we would not have to worry about anything on our wedding day, because Stephanie gave us that peace of mind. My husband and I chose the six month-partial planning package and let me tell you, that was the best decision we made for our whole wedding! Stephanie is so wonderful & helpful.
