I am very perplexed by the bad reviews, they do not reflect my experience with Ever/Body Williamsburg at all. I've been going to Ever/Body for years and was thrilled when one opened in Williamsburg. I've done Clear + Brilliant, Morpheus8, IPL, hydrafacials, and filler there and I've NEVER been disappointed. When people tell me I look much younger than 40, I say it's thanks to Ever/Body. The results are natural yet effective and after five years of treatments (3 or so a year) I can vouch for long-term results. I always look forward to my appointments because their customer service is stellar and the space is calming and inviting. I've seen just about every NP and they're always kind, knowledgable, and never push services or products. The front desk is no exception. I love Zara, she's friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. She doesn't push anything on you either, but is happy to answer any questions and make recommendations if you ask. I can't think of a single time I waited more than 5 minutes before getting called back. CANCELLATIONS - They have great customer service when I am running late or need to cancel last minute. Other places have very strict cancellation policies, and while I don't want to encourage taking advantage of their generosity, Ever/Body is extremely accommodating and understanding. I've never been charged a cancel/no-show fee, and if I'm not ready to reschedule they say "no problem!" Not even my dentist (Tend) will allow any grace with cancellation fees and they charge A LOT. I saw some bad reviews about Ever/Body cancelling appointments same day. I've experienced this too, but it's never been a big deal. It only happens when it's a specific treatment requiring a qualified technician so I take it as a positive that they don't treat their services or NPs as one size fits all/any employee can handle any laser or injectable. If that were the case, the treatment quality would be much worse. I'd much prefer to reschedule and wait for the best technician rather than have someone less qualified or experienced give it a go. It's a smart way to operate a quality business. PRODUCTS - they introduced me to the Alastin skincare line when I asked for serum recs a couple years ago. The Restorative Skin Complex is the best serum I've ever used - the way it absorbs, plumps, and smoothes my face leaves it feeling like I've just had a facial. It's pricey so once I ran out of my first bottle I tried several cheaper ones and eventually went back to Alastin because my skin responds to it better than anything else (& I am a product junkie, I've tried them all!) Alastin's moisturizer and face cleanser is much cheaper so I let myself splurge on the serum. TREATMENT PACKAGES - I recommend taking advantage of their Black Friday sale which is truly a great deal. I usually "stock up" for the following year with a package of 3 Clear + Brilliants and/or hydrafacials. it's easy to book appointments on their website and keep track of your account/packages/credits there. I was so excited to treat myself to a Lumecca IPL Photofacial. I traveled half an hour by subway after work to get to the Williamsburg office. I waited twenty minutes in the waiting room. The person who was supposed to provide this service took one look at me and asked if I was tan. I told her that I wear sunscreen on my face religiously but I may have picked up a little color. She said thank you very much, see you in the winter. While I respect the fact that she chose not to perform the service on my skin rather than risk an adverse result, I think there should have been more effort on the website to communicate that if you are not pale as the day you were born, you are wasting your time. In fact, I just went back on the website and see NO mention whatsoever that they won't treat tanned skin. read more

Ever/Body consultant in Williamsburg was terrible. 25 yrs old girl who has done every filler and botox on their face tried to recommend me 6 different procedures that I don't need. Which I figured out later when I consulted to a real competent esthetician. I gave another chance regardless and did Hydrafacial which was totally ineffective. I initially asked for a cleaning and rejuvenation and they said I dont need cleaning even though I had all the black heads visible on my skin. Which later I found our that they only had time for a shorter session so they didnt care about my needs but only making money when they recommended me hydra. I see more results with my facial cleanser at home. Its a waste of money, you can never trust these people whose only focus is making money and conning people. This place is a scam. Dont go!!! I booked an appointment online which was incredibly easy and I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment! I came a few mins early to fill out some paperwork and was seen immediately at my appointment time. Christopher B was the Nurse Practitioner who provided my service today and I honestly could not be happier. Christopher was a clear communicator - got right to the point - but was also warm and welcoming. Just the perfect balance. I felt completely at ease during my filler and knew I was in great hands. Christopher took great care making sure everything was perfect and that we were both super happy with the results. I am really impressed with my visit today! My Complimentary Follow Up appointment was a total waste of time. The Nurse Practicioner, Agnes W, said my injector's notes on dosages for my botox may have been incorrect, so we couldn't really evaluate dosages together. That does not instill much trust in their clinical protocols. Agnes also said that Ever/Body does not require that injectors keep the photographs of the pen marks they make prior to injections, so there is no way of comparing results among previous botox sessions based on injections sites which make a big difference in results. So the follow up was really pointless. You'd think a facility that claims "Clinically Crafted, Expert-Led Care Get A Personalized Treatment Plan." would have better clinical record keeping in order to replicate results. PRO TIP: Document all dosages and injection sites yourself every time. Even if they take pictures, they may not save them to your record. read more

I've been going to ever/body for botox for about a year now. Previously saw two injectors at the Soho location and was pretty happy with my results. I recently moved to Brooklyn and wanted to give the Wburg location a shot, so booked with a new injector. Told her my concerns and goals --primarily that I have a heavier brow and that outside of dealing with my expressive forward, my primary goal is to ensure that the heaviness of my brow isn't exacerbated and if possible the brow gets pulled up. My previous injectors have understood this and have been able to achieve this. The new injector at the Wburg location encouraged me to use more botox than I was previously using (so also more expensive) and then proceeded to overtreat me (adding Botox to spots other injectors avoided to deal with my concerns/objectives). In short, I've been left with brows/eyelids that are even heavier than they were pre-botox--exacerbating my primary concern and leaving me self-conscious, meaning I essentially paid MORE money to look WORSE. Giving a couple stars because my previous experiences have been pretty good and straightforward and the employees have always been kind and helpful. But I'm pretty disappointed with my last visit and upset I have to spend the next 3-4 months feeling self conscious (and a couple hundred dollars lighter). The experience has highlighted the inconsistencies in injectors and undermined my trust in the brand. read more

I've been getting Botox for about 10 years. I've had some great and some not so great experiences- my experience here was fabulous from start to finish. Everyone at the reception desk was really sweet, my injector was super knowledgeable and communicative, and I love the space itself. It feels super clean and modern. It has been just over 2 weeks since my appointment and I am thrilled with the results. I like to get a generous amount in my forehead and other injectors have either been too timid or they have gone too heavy handed in some areas and not enough in others. Cant recommend... 1st time i booked a session for a hydro facial. The area is located in a difficult spot in Williamsburg where there is no chance for parking. Had to park 5 blocks away after 35 mins waiting and looking for parking. Explained this to the establishment, which i thought would be understanding but instead i was met with a cancellation. Mind you they told me that they understood that it wasn't my fault about the parking in the area. The least they could have done was accommodate a 1st time client but refused. No communication or clarity on what exactly was going to be done before the service. She insisted I still needed to pay the full amount despite not doing what I went in there to get.
