I've been going to Ever/Body for years and was thrilled when one opened in Williamsburg. I've done Clear + Brilliant, Morpheus8, IPL, hydrafacials, and filler there and I've NEVER been disappointed. When people tell me I look much younger than 40, I say it's thanks to Ever/Body. The results are natural yet effective and after five years of treatments (3 or so a year) I can vouch for long-term results. I always look forward to my appointments because their customer service is stellar and the space is calming and inviting. I've seen just about every NP and they're always kind, knowledgable, and never push services or products. The front desk is no exception. I love Zara, she's friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. She doesn't push anything on you either, but is happy to answer any questions and make recommendations if you ask. I can't think of a single time I waited more than 5 minutes before getting called back. CANCELLATIONS - They have great customer service when I am running late or need to cancel last minute. Other places have very strict cancellation policies, and while I don't want to encourage taking advantage of their generosity, Ever/Body is extremely accommodating and understanding. I've never been charged a cancel/no-show fee, and if I'm not ready to reschedule they say "no problem!" Not even my dentist (Tend) will allow any grace with cancellation fees and they charge A LOT. I saw some bad reviews about Ever/Body cancelling appointments same day. I've experienced this too, but it's never been a big deal. It only happens when it's a specific treatment requiring a qualified technician so I take it as a positive that they don't treat their services or NPs as one size fits all/any employee can handle any laser or injectable. If that were the case, the treatment quality would be much worse. I'd much prefer to reschedule and wait for the best technician rather than have someone less qualified or experienced give it a go. It's a smart way to operate a quality business. PRODUCTS - they introduced me to the Alastin skincare line when I asked for serum recs a couple years ago. The Restorative Skin Complex is the best serum I've ever used - the way it absorbs, plumps, and smoothes my face leaves it feeling like I've just had a facial. It's pricey so once I ran out of my first bottle I tried several cheaper ones and eventually went back to Alastin because my skin responds to it better than anything else (& I am a product junkie, I've tried them all!) Alastin's moisturizer and face cleanser is much cheaper so I let myself splurge on the serum. TREATMENT PACKAGES - I recommend taking advantage of their Black Friday sale which is truly a great deal. I usually "stock up" for the following year with a package of 3 Clear + Brilliants and/or hydrafacials. it's easy to book appointments on their website and keep track of your account/packages/credits there. You get plenty of notifications and reminders on your upcoming sessions. - Their laser facials address all my concerns: acne and blemishes, hyperpigmentation and melasma, redness and rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles, and congestion and dullness. My $50 promo covered their Signature Laser Facial and Rejuvenator Peel. The session took about 15-20 minutes; the laser felt like a really hot heat lamp on my skin, and the peel stung like vinegar hot sauce for about 2 minutes. I had to avoid sweating and sun exposure for 24 hours, but my face wasn't red at all and felt great. The Power Resurfacing Facial and Resurfacing - Neck & Chest (VV) was super painful, similar to laser hair removal or rubber bands snapping on your face. I actually teared up! I recommend listening to music or podcasts to distract yourself from the pain. My face, chest, and neck had hot red stripes for a full day. My chest had small bumps, and they recommended hydrocortisone. They provide an aftercare card with these instructions: keep reapplying hyaluronic acid to boost results; for the first 24 hours, don't shower or wash your hair, and use only a gentle cleanser (no active ingredients) plus the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask; for 72 hours (3 days), avoid heat like hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and tough workouts, and don't wear sunscreen or makeup; for one week, skip active ingredients like vitamin C, AHAs, and retinoids, and don't physically scrub or exfoliate your skin. I suggest buying affordable hyaluronic acid, hydrocortisone, hyaluronic face masks, and an ice massager from Amazon. - They are very strict on recovery time and will not schedule anything earlier than what is medically allowed, which is around 14 days between sessions. - SL also offers microneedling (SkinTox) at $145 member price.
