Great service and very friendly owner. I asked for a quote on yelp and the owner got back to me very quickly. He was able to fit me in the next day and showed up on time. The price was so reasonable. In fact it beat the price of a competitor I used years ago. I told him I wanted a weekend appointment because I was probably too busy on a weekend to meet with him to talk to him about any questions or pay him, etc and he explained that everything was done via text. Which was great because I'm always on calls, etc. even though I work from home. He arrived at my house, was on my roof, sent me pictures of my panels before and after the cleaning and sent me the bill which i paid online. He even checked on a portion of the roof my solar panel tech (from a different company) had come out and told me i needed to get repair on and told me he just looked and it was simply a situation where some extra tiles needed to be rearranged. No issues with the roof. The previous guy from the other company who was too lazy to look was wrong and didn't even care to look/do anything extra. Ever clean did this extra work with no extra cost giving me a peace of mind probably saving me money and saving me the headache of having to call yet another person to come check out my roof. Super responsive, Efrain responds VERY quickly to all inquiries. There was a bit of an address mix-up, but UPS and the USPS make the same mistake constantly, and there was no harm done. I booked a window cleaning and pressure washing service for my backyard. First off, let me say Efrain's (the owner) responsiveness is top notch. His pricing for the window washing was competitive as well. He was also very flexible with scheduling. Miguel showed up fifteen minutes late, but seemed pleasant. He brought his son Luis with him, who helped out a little bit toward the end. I requested that shoe covers or booties be worn in the house since I just had my floors and carpet cleaned. Miguel didn't carry any, but I was able to provide him some. There were a few issues: (1) There was a section of the balcony Miguel forgot to pressure wash. (2) He did not think to move around the light patio furniture when he started blasting the area with water, so dirt dripping from the balcony stained some of the patio seat cushions below. Had I known he was going to start pressure washing, I would have moved them. (3) One window had stains that were still quite visible. (4) Tracks and the outside plastic part framing the windows were supposed to be cleaned as well per the owner. I asked Miguel and he wasn't going to do so, but obliged when I let him know it was what Efrain indicated to me via text. On their way out, I chatted with them for a bit and then thanked them both for their work. I knew it was better to raise the other concerns with Efrain. I texted Efrain the photos and let him know I was not expecting or asking for a refund or even compensation for the soiled cushions. I simply wanted the deck work to be completed. After some back and forth, Efrain agreed to return to complete the work. He showed up the following week as promised and even gave me some cleaning tips. Despite the initial snafu, Ever Clean followed through. I've read several of the one star reviews for this business after my experience, but I obviously can't attest to what happened in each instance. I do know that when we all treat each other with respect, things flow more smoothly. You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Thank you Efrain for completing the job as discussed! read more
