Unfortunately, I can't co-sign the great reviews. We were having window leakage that seemed related to the gutters being clogged or overflowing. Efrain seems like a nice enough guy, and the worker he sent was quick and responsive. It was quite expensive for what is a limited amount of gutter length, but that was fine. They cleaned the gutters but the leaks kept happening. I got on the roof myself and called another company and found that the gutters had not been properly attached to the roof and the water was in between the roof and house. While the gutters were cleaned, it was useless. They had shown videos of the water properly flowing through the gutter but the hose had been placed directly in the gutter, not coming down the roof. Ultimately, we had to replace the entire system so the cleaning was a full waste of money. Unfortunately, since this is their business, they must have known that but done it anyways, thinking we'd never be wise to it. read more

Roof cleaning A+. Moses did a great job cleaning my roof of moss/algae. It builds up over time making it unsightly. I also had the outside of my windows cleaned. I was at first disappointed that I noticed a film on some of my windows the next day and left a message with the owner. Efrain called me back immediately and explained that double panel windows get dirty because moisture builds up between the panels. I tried cleaning one of the outside windows while speaking to him and agreed that the window was still foggy in places. I did bring up that my backyard patio was left with dirt everywhere and it should have been cleaned up. Efrain said that he would address my issue. I mentioned to him that our roof tiles were fragile and he did break one but he also told me and fixed it with cement. wow. just had our solar panels cleaned by this company and I am so upset. first he complained that we had broken shingles. I am sorry we didn't know and if you don't feel you can do the job because of them...then tell us!! no problem! but he did the job anyways and then complained to us that it took him longer than anticipated and he was doing us a favor by not charging more. Well, he shouldn't charge more because he gave us a price based on the Google earth image he found online. And they didn't put it back!! Any company doing work on your house should put things back the way they found it. I have two very small children and that is why I have a pool gate. so removing a piece puts them I immediate danger if I am not made aware. Just wanted to share my experience this past week woth Ever Clean. My daily solar production went up by about 2+kw per day since they cleaned my panels. Before they cleaned my panels my highest production day this year was 16.46 kw and have never gone beyond low 17 kw. Yesterday my panels produced 18.99 and I only have 12 solar panels. I called about 7 companies and Ever Clean gave me the most affordable price for the service. Ernesto who cleaned my panels was very professional and did not rush the job. The whole cleaning process took about 1.5hrs from setup to clean up including hosing down the debris from my driveway. The staff at Ever Clean are really great and good people.
