I noticed a dramatic drop a about a little over 2 weeks when I actually should be getting the most out of them during this time. From the beginning, my experience with him was great. Hired Ever Clean for my window cleaning. They were very responsive in getting me a quote. They were great with their communication. I hired them for my windows as well as my daughter's house. Moses came to clean our windows. He was very professional, kind and did a great job on my windows. I have 17 of them and he was quick in getting the job done. Paul and his young son did a very nice job on our home windows. A few small nits -- ran late due to some issues, left a rag in the corner of living room, missed a couple of tracks for deep cleaning -- but overall, they were efficient, gracious, and nice to have on the property. Cost was reasonable too. Beware. You can't choose zero stars so one star it is. I was quoted for my windows, screens, window sills and tracks to be included in the service. I am beyond bummed at the service. While the man who came to my house was polite, the work was not even mediocre. I noticed almost immediately that the tools he used completely overwhelmed my house with the stench of mildew and must. The screens and tracks were left with spider webs , dirt, debris. The windows were still streaky and smelled terrible. I already had to go around and re clean all windows and doors. I mean, I saw him take the screens off but I'm so disappointed. When I called Efrain about the service his response was "well I mean he's a hard worker and I'm not there so I don't know what you're referring to" so I know old him about the chunks of dirt here or loose hair here and he could really have cared less. He sent him back out because "all I can do is send him back so..I guess let me call him" :click:. He came back and just picked out chunks from the sliders but when he started using the dirty rags my house immediately started to fill with that smell so I said "ok thank you" and he left. If I could go back I would have gone with another company. More professional and experienced. As the owner, Efrain was very defensive and came off as though I was trying to get something for free or discounted; I just wanted what I was quoted to be included in the service. Bottom line. Don't use this company unless you want this experience. *UPDATE* I did receive a refund and have been contacted by the business to remove the review, however, since noticing the screens have been loosened and are no longer tight and MY SCREEN FRAMES ARE BENT. Paul (Paulito?) cleaned my gutters on a two-story home. He called before he arrived and asked if he could come early - yes! He walked around the house to determine what might need to be done, then explained what he would be doing and promptly got to work. He sent me before (filled with pine needles, dirt and mud - awful) and after (so clean - just like new) pictures of my gutters! He was incredibly polite and helpful (as I was unloading my car, he offered to help). If Paul is an example of all Ever Clean's employees, I would highly recommend them. I chose this company for the high reviews and was REALLY DISAPPOINTED! They tracked mud through my house, spilled coffee on my carpet, and left spots on about half of the windows. Immediately when he arrived I asked him to please wear booties, and to be sure to use fresh ones every time he comes back in to not track any dirt into my house, he replied "yes sir" like he did to everything I said. But it turns out that he meant "I will work fast and leave a mess everywhere!" Half way through the job I pointed that he was tracking mud through my living room and into the bedroom carpets. He acted surprised until he looked at his muddy booties. While he was removing screens in the bedroom he knocked over a coffee on the nightstand and didnt even tell us about it, or clean it up on our newly cleaned carpet. WILL NOT be using Ever Clean again. I cannot believe a paid $140 for me to have to mop my whole floor and clean up a bad coffee stain. read more

Hired them to wash my windows, price was good, we scheduled for today between 12-2, last night Efrain texted me if I can change it to btw 10-12, i said fine. Fast Fwd to today and I notice a work van drive by my house slowly around 1020am, I texted Efrain to see if it was his guy and he said, no his guy will be there around 11-1130, at 1055 eddie txts me and says he is on his way at 1217 i ask him for his ETA and he said 40 mins????? He said traffic was bad, I pulled up the traffic app and all freeways in LA and Orange County were Green for no Traffic. At 105 the same work van showed up!!! U know the one that wasn't there earlier according to Efrain. I asked Eddie if he was here earlier he said yes, I said what happened, he said well we got lunch, had an oil problem.....I said what about traffic, u said there was traffic he said yeah, but u were already here so that was a lie? He said yes, I told him to leave. I texted Efrain telling him it wasn't cool, and that the worker was here earlier and he said I must be mistaken, I told him Eddie admitted to being here earlier.
