The two-man crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took great care while working inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The windows looked dramatically better afterward. What impressed me most was their honesty. A few of the older double-pane windows have failed seals, and they explained that no amount of cleaning could remove the cloudiness between the panes. They also found that several of the old window screens had deteriorated to the point where they couldn't be safely reinstalled and took the time to explain why. There was also a small misunderstanding about what I meant by the patio cover when we scheduled the job. Once they saw it, they actually offered to remove the extra charge because it wasn't what they had expected. Since they still took the time to clean it as best they could, I asked them to leave the charge on the invoice. From scheduling through completion, communication was excellent. I really appreciate businesses that do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat customers fairly. I'd definitely hire them again.

As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for?
