Chilled noodles hit a little different if you're not used to them. I would prefer them warmed but also didn't mind. But if you want a warm base, thy have grains you can choose from. The sauces are needed to tie the bowl together. Overall, I really loved the food. Some of my friends would say the bowl I made tasted "healthy" lol. And they wouldn't be wrong, but that's the point!
